Dear Sir,
We are a company providing staff for pick up and delivery to a courier company. We have hired more than 10 vehicles from a vendor under agreement. These vehicles are driven by company staff. In Delhi we have more than 40 staff.
Kindly advice shall we need to register under this act where we are already registered under Delhi Shop and Est Act. If yes than kindly also inform the Form no. to be used in Delhi.

My fathers proprietorship firm is in legal cases against his debtors, Due to his age and health he wants to transfer the firm in my name , can he do so while the cases are subjudice ? He wants to do this while he alive as he is expecting a contest of will from his daughter and her children. Whats the best way to secure his amount for his wife and sons family? Can the firm with its assets and liabilities and right to represent the proprietory firm in court of law be transferred?
I knw that it can be transferred through Gift Deed. Kindly provide me the format of Gift Deed.

I have short term capital gains of Rs 7 lakhs and FD interest income of Rs 1 lakh in the current financial year, and no other income. Can I avail the full exemption or should I pay tax on the entire capital gain?

should i file a case for maintenance under 125 crpc or under hindu adoptions and maintenance act. which one is prefereable? which one takes less time. is there any limit on amount of maintenance under 125 crpc? my husband says that if he will pay money for the son then its better he will keep son with him. when he is not involved with son also and is not willing to do anything for son. can he get the custody of the son if i claim for maintenance for my son?
he is living separate and doesn't do anything for me and my son and doesn't want to give anything. he says that u won't get married again.
can i also claim and get the expenses of the case?

Sir / madam,
I have file case for sec 9 . Now my case at stage of argument . as explain by judge there is only 2 way one submit written argument second argue for 1 hour only in front of her .
I want to ask is is this is true , second which way is better ????
My husband has filed sec 13 ( 1a) in his WS statement ,
in whole statement there is 3 main point like
1. Late night not allowing to sleep by wife and asking question.
2. As they using on rent shop of wife father and as due to some problem father demanded back shop before geting over term of lease and at time of return shop they taken one writting by sign that after return shop they allow if any one of them ( Wife & husband ) do not want to leave there life together ahead then with out filling case take mutual divorce ( Main point is that wife father gone opp of their word and wife not allowed to take divorce ) even after giving in wirrting . That letter they submmited in court as proof .
one main point in this that there is no sign by wife but father of wife sign on that document .
3. wife not respecting his family member .
I want to know that is it this above point consider as crutaly for sec 13 or court give there order insted of in favour of wife give order for divorce ?????
also i want some best case law to put in argument .
Pls help me out in above point ..

Dear Sirs,
Can you please clarify the following :
1. Can the Visakhapatnam municipal corporation(Andhra Pradesh) has the legal right of refusing to mutate property obtained by unregistered WILL and if "yes" under what statute???
2. If the immovable property is obtained by Mother under a unregistered WILL :
(a)can it be gifted under a valid gift deed and registered by mother in favour of sons and
(b)can the sons get it mutated subsequently on the basis of registered gift deed with Visakhapatnam municipal corporation,Andhra Pradesh , on the basis of the above registered gift deed??

Person named "A" took money from person "B" but did not provide any cheque or any kind of negotiable instrument. Now A denies for the lent money. Between the period of recovery he accepted that he is ready to pay the money soon which was recorded in phone by "B" through call recording.
Now how can "B" claim for money from "A".?
Can money be recovered on the basis of recorded audio clip?

I purchased a flat in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai whilst the building was under construction and received the possession in Dec 2014. At the same time I also managed to sell the property to a buyer. The buyers bank ICICI requires a builders NOC as the society has still not been formed. The builder is not providing this NOC and says that they have never done this and are not willing to take the risk. Where do we stand with this?
As per law NOC in state of Maharastra has been dismissed as a required document.
Please advise

Hi sir/mam i am 23 year old lady who was in relationship for 2 year with a man who is now 34 year old and is not married. This guy had made promise of marriage to me and we were in physical relationship. He also said to my parents that he will marry me but need some time due to financial issues after my parents got to know about our relationship. He cheated me for 8 months saying he left to Kuwait for job and he have ended all types of communication after 2 months from the date he said he is leaving to Kuwait. I could realise that he is India itself but did not know his contact details so i approached police and with police help went to his sister's place
