i want file adultery case on my wife after khula.(divorce) is it possible
After divorce can my wife file the divorce cases against on me
what is first step to file case
what i need to be produce in court i have SMS details only 3 people are involved in this
1) wife
2)boyfriend
3) other girl
what i can do to file case please guide me

i want file case against on my wife after khula that she has cheated and mentally harassed on me she has affair with 17 year old boy after marriage she is 21 year old
i have SMS proof that between communication gone between them
other girls also involved in this. her own family members but i dnt want hurt those girls because wife is main reason spoil there life but i want teach lesson to wife that. in future she have not to use Innocent people she has linked girls to other boys but they were are still young girls. boys are matured so what case i can file against her

Dear sir ,
My parents has received a anticipatory bail from session court in Nov-14 with the condition that "n the event of their arrest they should be released on the bail executing their PR and SB of 15000 on the condition that they shall co operate the investigating agency as and when required or called."
After this I have approached and given 3 tailed applications to Joint commissioner describing the entire reality , the Jt. Commissioner called both parties and came to know that this case is completely false and fabricated.
I.O. have never called my family but suddenly she send summons to appear for nominal arrest. After getting summon I approached to Jt. Commissioner again , and Jt. CP. after calling I.O. assured me that in this fake case no need to call your parents as they are staying in different state and instructed I.O for sending closure report under c-final.
Now my doubts are that
1.What should be done in such a condition.
2.What if I.O. will not listen to her seniors so in what manner she can harm us.
3.What legal steps she can taken in this case if she is not willing to Jt. CP.
4.Can she approached to court for cancelling the anticipatory bail or she will come to arrest my family .
Please suggest .

Can I get divorce on any ground if contested when I never lived with her as husband and wife. What if I try on desertion but deserted by me only. A traumatic game played by her family to get me married to her. Horrible history of mine. Acceptance of her means accepting death by self.

Hi i received maintenance case under section 125 crpc from my wife and court asked me to appear on 20th march, 2015.
(1) Do i need to be present in person on the 1st hearing or can my lawyer stand for me as i have a client meeting ?
(2) Can i file a time petition and extend the date as i need minimum 3-4 weeks to research and file a response ?
(3) In the petition nothing is mentioned about 498a however she has mentioned cruelty. Does this mean no 498a is filed in any police station ?
(4) Final question - can 498a be filed when 125 is in process ?

Can management cancel the agreed incentive as per appointment letter of the employee and lateron as per signed documents to resigned employee?

*Actually our friend belongs to Assistant engineer transfered in service Junior engineer.
*The impugned rule of our department reds as follows “A junior engineer appointed by transfer as Assistant Engineer shall be entitled to count one third of the service rendered by him as Junior engineer, prior to appointment as Assistant Engineer subject to maximum of 4 years, as if they had been in the post of Assistant Engineer for the purpose of consideration of Promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer division 1."

If a person was hospitalized with life threatening injuries which were inflicted upon him/her when he/she was under the influence of alcohol, does he/she is entitled for medical reimbursement from office. please clarify in the light of CCS rules.

hello respected lawyer sirs,i am from tamilnadu. one of my friend who was a tamilnadu state goverment school teacher received a eve teasing case by a night watch woman. the actual fact is the night watch woman was come to school at day time with out any legal rules. the head master and some of the teachers supported her. there is no written orders for that woman to come to school day time by any educational officers still now.. when my friend asked her not to come at day because u r a night watch woman.she was motivated by head master and some teachers at filed a case on december 17'2014 in local police station. the case filed in IPC 354 A (1) .they indicated the word sexually coloured remarks. but my friend approached local magistrate and got unconditional bail. but now he is suspend from his job temperorily from january'7 2015 by the education department due to this false case. after that there is no action by that woman still now. my question is (1)what is the actual time limit to file charge sheet? (2)if they are not file charge sheet with in the time period what will happen ?(3)is any rules and regulations to appoint a woman as a night watch woman in a goverment school at tamil nadu? you people please rectify my doubts. plz thanking you
