Past 10 years I am staying and working at Delhi.I have voter ID card/Aadhar card issued from Delhi.I have some parental (inherited property) property at a small town of West Bengal. Some local bad elements to grab this property file a civil suit for a temporary Injunction claiming that they grabbed this property and property in his possession. Although property in our possession and locked ,however not in use as I am not staying at that place for a long time. We already engage lawyer to defend this case and to vacate temporary injunction immediately.
However my query is that is there any provision to file Criminal suit (on cheating/fraud or any other provision of Law) from any Court of Delhi ?
So that this person need to appear in the Court of Delhi.

I have filed a complaint against my husband i recently got married in Nov 2014 after only on month of my marriage he has beaten me and throw me out frm my in laws place. It has been 3 month me and my family is approching him and he is not ready to take me back at home...and h has ask me to sign the MOU where he has mentioned the conditions... 1)
if i will sign the MOU according to his conditions so only he will take me back at home...although he has asked me for Divorce but i m not ready to give...i hv every proof against him.
Kindly guide me will judge accept the application of anticipatry bail.

Dear All,
I have flats in co-operative societies in Pune. I believe that either the HC or SC has come out with a verdict that students cannot be banned from entry in flats in societies though their society may have made the rule.
I always register my agreements and obtain Police N.O.C.
I case there is such a verdict of the HC or SC then where could I get it from on the internet or otherwise and what section and where should I be able to obtain it from.
Will be obliged as I am dependent on these incomes.

A property was purchased in 1996 from original allotee of industrial plot from Haryana Govt. The documents given by seller were original possession letter and conveyance deed from Haryana Govt. besides GPA in purchaser's family name, agreement to sell, receipt for payment, affidavit but no will. Now purchaser wishes to get the property transferred in his name but the whereabouts of the allotee are unknown and the department wants GPA to certify that allotee is alive and in case of his death NOC from legal heirs which again is not possible as the whereabouts of seller are not known. Someone suggested issuing a public notice declaring that sale has been carried out in 1996.
Please suggest some solution.

A sustain injury due to negligent driving of B. A because of accident under goes Plastic surgery on both Limbs in spite of Surgery B suffer from dis-figuration on both Limbs and further treatment needs further medical care , because of economic problem he cannot continue medical care . approaches Court Compensation before Motor vehicle tribunal . Tribunal does not consider properly because there in no % of disability mentioned by the Medical expert order only minimum compensation . what is way out Victim is aged 16 years ?

Dept. of Posts (DOP) conducted an exam for the post of PA/SA, RMS, PASBCO & few other GROUP C posts. The exam was conducted circle wise. MAHARASHTRA & GOA is a separate circle. The Exam had two papers Paper 1 (written) & Paper 2 (Computer Test). DOP conducted exam in May 2014 for Paper 1 & those qualified for Paper 2, were asked to appear at paper 2 in Nov 2014. This paper 2 was just qualifying nature & merit is based on Paper 1 which was a written test.
After that the DOP declared final result on 08 Jan 2015. But due to discrepancies in Paper 2 (computer test) marks due to some operational errors, DOP removed the result next day from its website. DOP came out with accurate marks & new list in February 2015. This new list has no errors & is still there on DOP Maharashtra website.
In the meanwhile some candidates who were having their names in first list & failed to appear in updated list, approached the Nagpur Bench of high court. Due to this (and also due to political pressure) DOP has not yet released joining letters of selected candidates. Non-selected candidates have put the writ petition on the basis of ARTICLE 226 claiming there are more number of Outside Maharashtra students in the list & exam should be conducted again.[Stamp Number: WPST/3541/2015 Filing Date: 20/02/2015 Bench Nagpur Status: Pre admission]
I would like to know if anything can be done to get the joining. Can we get joining by giving undertaking to DOP or should we admit a counter-case. How much time can this process take?
