My friend, who joined with State Bank of India as Probationary officer in Mar 2011 was terminated in Jun 2013 even after extending his probation in May 2013.The reason cited is he has not disclosed a pending case (Marriage related)against him. The case is settled in Jan 2013 in Lok Adalat.He has got a notice by SBI in Dec 2012 reg the case and Case is settled in Jan 2013. The details are submitted by him to Bank.Later, after extending probation, he is terminated.
Probation is for a period of 2 years. After completion of 2 yrs probation period, Bank extended the probation citing a ground that the candidate has to improve the subject but not on the ground of the case. Later after extension of probation, within 1 month, service is terminated. The case is a false case Under Sec 417,420 Under sec 34 and also under sec 3,4 of Dowry prohibition act(resolved in Jan 2013 in Lok adalat)
The case came to the notice of SBI while making enquiry about antecedents. The judgement is given by lok adalat is a compromise award is given between two parties and the case is closed. The termination notice contained details of the sections of the case. But, it didn't mention about the case in extension letter given in Apr 2013."
Now what he had to do. Is there a chance of him getting back the job. Please guide

fathers property has to be distributed between two brothers.
The property is 20ft by 20ft on ground floor and 22ft by 20ft on first floor, 2ft projected out on right side.
How will it be distributed , 10ft x 20ft to each brother on the basis of ground floor
throughout first and second floor
or
partition on first and second floor will change ie. 11ft X 20ft
Please advice
Ground floor already partitioned. Problem with second and third floor.

dear sir/madam,
I had taken personal loan from HDfc in 2010 based on my job in a pvt company.i paid more than 50% of loan but unfortunately my company shutdown it's business due to no project and i loosed my job from then i was unable to pay emi.In the yr 2012 i faced a serious health problems and i came to know that iam suffering with brain tumour,now iam in paralised pasition & fighting for earning daily bread to my family.In recent days one of the bank official is calling me & harrasing me.iam unable to argue with him.he is not listening my version.pls help me in this situation,i cant repay the outstanding amount as my position is very bad.pls suggest how i can get out this tension.i have all my medical reports also.

Require your guidance in the below quandary:
Can a director who has been disqualified because the company fails to file the financial statements or annual returns, or fails to repay any deposit, interest, dividend, or fails to redeem its debentures, as specified in sub-section (2) of section 164 of the companies act.
my question is if he makes the required remedial measures corrections can he be reinstated as a director during the 5 year ban period applied on him.
your assistance will most graciously be appreciated.

I served an unaided pvt.engineering college for 16 years 10 months (1-12-1990 to 29-9-2007) I retired on 29-9-1997. College did not pay gratuity till a notice was sent in March,2014 thru ALC. They paid gratuity in June 2014. Now they say, they have paid 6 years gratuity more and asking me to refund when I have asked for interest on Gratuity amount.Whether teachers are eligible for gratuity only from 3/4/1997? Pl.answer.

Sir, 3 year b4 my friend was an aquist in a case where ipc 308 is applied by police. He is on bail now. But he still did nt get a summons. Now it is 3yr completed. Whats the next step we can do to know the case status.?

Hi All,
please help me on the below query,
GPA was given in 2006 and the GPA executed date mentioned was 24/01/2007 in sale deed and sale deed was registered on 03/02/2007 after the death of the GPA grantor.
Death date of grantor 28/01/2007.
Is the sale deed valid in this process.
Please let me know whether the GPA executed date is considered for validation or the Sale Deed registration date.

Witness before 313 crpc
Sir,
My wife filed a false 498A case against my mother & me and now the Evidence is closed from the girl side and cort order to files 313crpc and told us to give our statement before the court but I think that I want to file a petition before the court and request him to allow us to stand some witness from our end before giving our statement u/s 313 crpc & want to give our statements at the end of the complete of our witness. Is it possible and is the court allow to do so, please advise and if yes have you send us any format to file that requisition petition for our witness before the court please.
