Good morning to all....
My father buy 800sft land at 1990 but he just took signature in 100 rupees stamp paper from seller party but he did't register that land.becaus that is beside my hous so we just handover that land. now last week myfather was died. now seller party asking that land becaus unregistion. tell be solution for this. now can we register that land with that empty signed stamppaper with enter some matter?

can bullet proof jacket be import for the use of civilians. individuals are allowed to use bullet proof jackets. If yes then please tell the procedure.

My brother-in-law has passport of my sister and falsely saying that it is not with him.Now i can not apply for re issue unless old passport is available.
Kindly suggest what to do?

We are having 150 members in housing society of ‘A’ and ‘B’ wing duly jointly registered under single name. The building of ‘C’ wing is separately registered and under control of the builder. Few areas in our stilt premises (‘A’ and ‘B’ wing) are illegally occupied by the builder for his ‘C’ wing society by constructing an illegal wall. 15 aggrieved members from ‘A’ and ‘B’ wing initiated legal action against the illegal wall and matter is in court.
To raise fund, society (Managing committee and majority of General Body) and builder are trying to make registered MOU containing, the aforesaid area in our stilt is giving on lease by taking non-refundable amount and the resolution is passed that any member, who will not ready for the above decision, will be expelled from the membership.
Whether this is legal? Or what step we aggrieved members should take? Pl. advice.

Dear Experts,
Can anyone suggest me that can I complaint for my lawyer before Judge in court? for hiding my essential documents which I had given him to submit in court to support my case.
In absence of those documents Judge passed order against me! that's why I want to complaint becasue he did cheat with me for handful money.

my grandfather has expired in 1990, his property has been illegally made patta by their 3 sons on their 3 names, excluding the 4 daughters of my grandfather family. Now, all the 4 daughters filed petition in RDO court and after 2 yrs, now after verification, RDO has issued the order to cancel the existing patta and issue a joint patta for all the 7 members in the family.
Meanwhile, 2 sons in the family has sold some portion of it to third party recently.
the question is:
Do we wait for the Tahsildhar to give joint patta to come first or we can file a case against the seller & buyer. whether it will not affect the overall patta processing, if we go to civil court now.

Sir, I retired from service on 30th April 2009 and not withdrawn EPF till now.I kept this fund as a safe deposit with EPfNow,I came to know that EPF is returning all unoperated fund to their subscriber without giving interest after the conribution period.Is it right?I wish to get a valuable legal opnion , which is also helpful formany of them like me.Please help me.

sir i have joined a psu(x) 3 months ago,before i was in a private company.suddenly i have to appear for interview in another psu(Y) for which i have not taken noc from the psu(X) and i got selected .i have resigned from the psu(X) now but i have conceal the fact to psu(Y)that i am working in any organisation .i only stated to the psu(Y) that i have the experience of only private company and on the attestation form i have also declare that i only worked in private company.sir is this going to be difficult for police verification and what will happen to my job if they got to know that i was working in psU(X) and i didnot produce NOc.

Rectification of a registered g.p.a., when principal is residing at abroad
The principal has executed a G.P.A., and due to typographical error in the property schedule the mandal name is forthcoming wrongly and now the principal who executed registered G.P.A., in India at Sub-Register Office is residing at Abroad.
Process for rectification of the Registered G.P.A., is required to be known or any other better alternate option, if available kindly suggest.
