Superdari

I have a bike, which was stolen in September 2009, against which I had filed the FIR. Later on bike was recovered and I got the Superdari order from court for releasing the bike from Police station in December 2009. Now I am selling the bike to some one. Please guide me whether I need to get the superdari order cancelled or not. If yes, what will be the procedure and charges to get this done.

Trespassing & pumping public drainage into private property

Local Municipal corporation is pumping public & street drainage into my private property inspite of my asking them not to do. The Municipal Commissioner comes into my property and directs his staff to place the drainage into my personal property. What criminal or civil action can I take against the Municipal commissioner. What evidence should I gather before I do anything.

Cheating & unprofessionalism by an advocate

I have appointed an adv. for my case at mazgaon court,Mumbai. He took all his full & final fees for the case well in advance well before attending the single date of the case in cash. Now he is ignoring me and not even attending the dates of the case and giving me false excuses. He is not returning the copies of my documents filed and not refunding the amount which I have paid to him.He is not even attending my phone calls & if I try to personally meet him he avoids me & threatening to withdraw the case. I know this is not possible in my absence to withdraw the case.Past three succesive court dates have been attended by me in his absence. What is the legal remedy available for me to take stern action against such unprofessional lawyer?

Signed on blank paper

I needed a 30 day Visa to Bangkok. I went to a travel agent for the application. Along with other documents I submitted, he asked me to sign on a blank sheet stating that he would create a cover letter and submit the same. At that time I trusted him completely and I innocently gave him my signature on the blank sheet. But now my anxiety and restlessness seems to know no boundaries as I feel that signing on a blank sheet is one of the worst mistakes that an individual can make in his life
