Partition muslim law

a Muslim family consisting of one son and 4 daughters and son without any intimation to the daughters created a sale deed that he has purchased the property from his mother and the said fact is came to knowledge to the daughters after 15 years. now the point is.
1. the daughters can file partition suit?
2. what is the impact of adverse possession in the above circumstances.

Partition suit may be filed, it will be better to get amicably settlement.

adverse possession is always beneficial for the person who has possession.

If the son has purchased the property from his mother under a registered sale deed, it becomes his own property. If the mother had valid title to sell the property, there is no question of partition by his sisters at this stage.
