Dear Sir,
I have a piece of land (around 4800 sq.ft) in Mysore (JSS Layout, Dr Rajkumar Road, Mysore). I have already got the land converted from the Revenue authorities from Agricultural to Residential purpose. Can anyone suggest as to the procedure that needs to be adopted to get approval for this land from Mysore Urban Development Authority and also the expenditure that is likely to be incurred. Sir, I am posting this because I am working in Asansol (approx. 3000 kms away from Mysore and no relatives seem to be helping me on this). Kindly help.

My brother has married a girl thru register marriage, after tht my parents came to know
and my parents accepted and put reception for them. After tht both my brother lived along with my parents. Few days later she started black mailing my brother and my parents tht she ll complain in police station tht she ll file a case but my parents ignored her threats after tht she used to scold my parents with vulgar language , beat my brother infront of them. She went to police station later and complained .My parents went to police station thrice later inspector comprimised this matter. After comprimising this issue my parents didnt allowed her to stay at my home. So my brother and her left the house n she took to her village. From there again she used to threaten my parents to give 50000 rs like tht
Now my brother ran away from her so again she went to police station to handover my brother otherwise she ll file a kidnap case on my parents. My brother wanna take divorce from her by showing her creutly. Even my parents health spoiled. She grabbed honda activa scooter by changing Cbook on her name. She took my brother debit card and drawed 25000.my brother is a dependent on my parents he had no job and get into trap of this girl. We have a video footage of her in media abt some prostitution scandal.she is not a gud girl just wanna black mail n loot the money.How to save my parents n my brother. I am living in South Korea.please suggest me a good lawyer in Visakhapatnam.

My mutual divorce is filed on july but due to judge leave my case is taking unnecessary time.My mediation is already done before 5 months back.My lawyer is suggested to me to take a direction from high court.kindly suggest me..

The marital relationship between my neighbor and her husband was divorced.
The ration card was on the name of her. But her husband changed it to his name without her consent.
Hence she filed a complaint to the civil service office at her district to resolve the same.But no result was delivered.
Hence she filed a complaint through the chief minister's grievance cell of Kerala regarding the matter, but 3 months have passed.
What should she do to reinstate the ration card to her name itself and prosecute the corrupt officials.

A person named Mr.X has filed RTI to my neighbor's school were she is working as a teacher.
The questions sought in RTI letter was concerning the privacy of that lady including her personal details like her PAN number, address of the students she has taught and also information sought to derogate her like number of abortion leave, miscarriage leave etc.
Recently I came to saw in a book regarding RTI that complaint can be made against person's asking for personal information with no general public interest, but it was not mentioned were to file the complaint.
Kindly give information about where to file complaint against seeking information regarding the privacy information of a third party with no general public interest.

Hello I am female 23 year old unmarried.
I have been in relation with 35 year old guy married since last 8 years
We want to settle down together but he is not ready to file divorce case as he want it to happen on mutual consent. He never lived with his wife even after marriage. They lived together hardly for 1 year in the span of 8 years.He is no more living with his wife. He believes in waiting for divorce case to be filled by his wife to avoid the long duration of getting divorced.
But all I want to know is as follows:-
1. Can his wife file any police case or complaint against me.
2. Can she harm me any way legally
3. Can she harm my family legally
4. Is he safe or she can file police case because dowry case is invalid in this case 8 years completed.
5. What are the possible consequence that will be mentally, emotionally and socially harmful for me, my family and him.
6. How should I prepare myself to fight legally if I get into this trouble

Dear experts, kindly help me with the information regarding the legal value of a deed of declaration.
I have taken a land on lease for an indistrial purpose and the owner has a deed of declaration as his land papers which is duly registered. Can i use this deed of declaration to apply loan for my unit?

Dear Sirs, Please advise on;
A & B were brother and sister, B (sister) gave her consent in writing on a stamp paper stating that she gives up all the rights in property of her father to her brother A. This was willingly given in the year 1996-97, because of this the whole property was transferred in the name of A, later A (brother) died in the year 2007, subsequently, the husband of B who was a Tahsildar in the same taluka in the year 2007-08, used his powers and transferred the property in the name of mother of A (as A died) and some portion to son's of A. Both the son's of A were minor during 2007-08. In the year 2014 the mother of A died and hence the whole property by court decree has got transferred to both the son's of A.
However now B (sister of A) is claiming the share of property.
Need advise whether she has such rights to claim property as she has given up her rights in the property?
Secondly, if the whole property was borne by A, then instead of transferring the property in the name of two son's of A, is law permits to transfer the property to A;s mother though he has two sons?
