We are civil construction firm in coimbatore tamil nadu. When applying for licence too many confusion.
1. Licience issuing by Safety Department, but they are not responsible for migrant and non migrant registration.
2. Labour office registering migrant & non migrant but they are not responsible for safety.
Please tell us for applying Lab our Licence with whom? Who is the right authority to issue licience. Moreover Court stay also there.

Sir,
1) Whether witness is must during file the case before the court of law.
2) Only evidence is sufficient against the party or witness also be required to support the case file.
3) If the place of criminal act is unknown place for complainant how the victim can get witness.

Sir,
1)The house is owned by independent party.2)The party is taken house loan by IDBI bank.
3)The house is constricted by builder.
4)I want to by the house/property under SBI Housing loan
50 Whether conversation of loan from IDBI to SBI is better OR INdependent loan from SBI / IDBI is better.
What are the documents to be verrified by legal.

Dear Sir,
Green Tribunal has issued orders that 15 Years old Patrol Cars will not be Run on the streets of Delhi
I am having 1994 Maruti 800 in very good running condition. Transport authority of Delhi has issued re registration certificate valid upto July 2019. I am having Pollution check certificate valid up to Aug 2015.
Please advise that whether I can take my Veh on road of Delhi.

Sir,
Time limit for filing before Central administrative tribunal (CAT)regarding service matters.
2) Whether central govt or PSU employee can file the service matters issues after his retirement of service at CAT.
What are the documents to be required to file at CAT.

My dad had proprietary firm uptill 1997 which we changed it to pvt ltd in 1998 while take over of proprietary firm it was taken by all assets and liabilities its was also shown in take over agreement we have done agreement on Rs 200/- stamp paper now my dad is expired few days before due to gain tax as per our Chartered Accountant advise we have not changed the land name and not registered it in sub register office now when u dad is expired my CA is telling that in future if I want to sale the office property I will need to take signature of legal heirs which is very difficult so is it necessary that after take over by pvt ltd we need this formality and do we have any substitute for this

Very complicated legal matter

A filed a suit against B through attorney C. summons of court to c. C reported on the summons that he is not the attorney of B. ON the day fixed Counsel appeared and filed the Memo on behalf of B the only defendant. Case fixed for filing Vakalatnama and Written Statement. Counsel filed W.S signed by C on the day fixed but without any vakalatnamas and without POA of B to C. The case went as it is , the evidence of plaintiff completed and case fixed for defendant evidence. Now the mistake came to picture and the defendant wants to appear and want to file fresh w.s by engaging counsel. Worth to clear the person C earlier was the attorney of B in some other case which will be proved by the plaintiff. What is the remedy?

Respected experts,
My lawyer whose services were being utilized by me in a service matter (IAF) has been arrested for denying to marry a lady just the day before marriage - by not turning up at the marriage venue - citing inability to marry as he's already married.
Newspaper report further added that he's received a notice from his first wife. He & his family members had duly attended all previous functions. He's been booked under IPC 406,420,500 & arrested.
My question is:
1. Should I change my lawyer? He himself is in a soup - so he might not take enough interest in my case. His credentials do become quite shaky with such a development.
2. Any way of asking for a refund of money i'd given him as advance fees to take up my case. (He's only read my case. Not filed any petition / case in court yet).

Sir,I had bought a property in bank auction 4 yrs back in 2011. There were many suits filed in drt and high court by the borrower and finally sales certificate was issued in my favour only in 2014.the DRT has passed orders recently that physical possession should be handed over to purchaser. Now the bank is going to file section 14. I want to know what is the eviction process and how long it will take to evict the present occupants who are the owners and handover possession to us. Are there any loopholes where again the borrower can challenge this eviction in any court. Kindly require your immediate advice. Thank you.

Is it possible to form LLP by CA,CS,CMA,MBA Lawyers and other professionals? To my knowledge Bar council has not permitted Lawyers to enter into partnership with CAs.
Please suggest one to one profession.
What will be the procedure to form it, if possible?
