Could you plz tell me.. My grand father has 4 sons and m the son on the middle brother among the bro. My grand father distributed his property (1 house ) in all the brothers including himself and one daughter.. And we hav 2 house in Delhi.
So my question is , can i claim for my part of my grand father's property.? We are living on rent bcos we didnt rcv a satisfactory amount in division..?
As i heard that grand son having a rights to claim for his grand father property.
Plz suggest best way...
If possible. Then what should i do?

I have query...my father & their brother has purchase one property in name of his brother before ten years ago...now that brother is denined for sharing the property. Now can anyone give me suggetion how i can get that property..because payment had been done by my father...

respected sir my father worked as a assistant agri officer in chengalpet he was expired while he was in service in year 2005 my mother applied for that job but till now she doesnot deserve any job now she is 56years old,i applied for that job but agri director rejected my application,what can i do now?

Sir my client wants to file case against her husband and relatives under dva section 18,19 for residence order she had got 19(4) a sum of rs 2000/_as rent my quarry is she can again pray coart for same section against husband and relatives ? She did not appeal to hc she want fresh application in section 12 of dva is it possible for again demanding same section by including relatives or how many times demanding same section?

my wife has my home since 40 years and she sue for maintenance and court awarded the sum.she mentioned hermentioned her age wrong & residential address is too.i admitted the divorce case on1-8-2013 but since there is no progress. she is a B A with Entire english & also work as teacher but schoo administator refuse her attendance as teacher.Now what step i have to take for divorce.I am a 70 year old man.Please guide me & save my life too

My grandfather has made a registered WILL in favour of my father and paternal uncle, wherein my father and uncle are 50% each owner of the said property.
Now my grandfather has expired. I have the following questions :
1) Do we need to Probate the Will. We reside in Delhi.
2) Do we need to get the Mutation done.
3)Which all documents will be required from my uncle if we want to purchase the uncle's share.

Delay in judgement
Hi,
Myself and wife both jointly agreed and signed for No ojection for Nullity due to Non consummation she filled within a year of marriage and Judge had taken the evidence from both side and mentioned she would be passing the order on March end but after that we are getting different dates every month and still the judgement is not passed.Kindly clarify if there is anything to worry and if anything can be done for the speedy judgement.Secondly after the passing of the order how long does it take to get the certified copy and how long to wait for remarrying again.Kindly clarify
