One girl runing age is 18 years and 3 months ( showing school TC ).DOB: 19-02-1998 If my friend get marry to her, government ( childher line department ) will stop this marriage or give the permission.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Presently i am staying in a house owned by my Grand father, who expired 24 years ago and my father expired 7 years ago. my father has a brother two sisters who are alive.
I would like to know that whether I can get this property through easement Act or Not.
I also would like to know the procedure for getting ownership of this property.

Respected Sir,
We have inadvertently paid excise duty under wrong accounting head (paid under other receipts)for the month of Apr'15.Will it amount to non payment of duty till it is corrected at P&AO.Range Supdt is of the view that it amounts to non payment of duty.
Kindly guide in the matter.

we married 13th December, 2013. But my wife left my house with her relatives taking all her stridhan and wardrobes because of some petty issues she quarrelled with me and blamed me always.She is a patience of ASTHAMA and she has problem of indigestion. For that she always used taking medicines from a bag which she had taken away from her maternal house as she has three cousin's doctor brothers and she always took advice from mobile whenever she fell ill. She did not hear my word. and at last she came back on 5th May, 2014. after that my wife left my house on 6th September, 2015. But her gynaelogical problem started from 21st May, 2014 and rapidly the problem became intense. At last she left my house with her all belonging on 6th Sept. 2014 and file 125 Cr.P.C. claiming interim maintenance and maintenance. How can I get relief from her hand?

Rajan's father had given a piece of land to him as family share. Rajan had given the same wholly to one of his son only out of 6 children.
Please tell me whether remain the 5 children would have any right on their father's property? Can the children demand their portion from their father as it was transferred from grand father?

Please advise me how it is possible for me to get nullity of marriage under special marriage act as my wife's relatives suppressed her ailment such as ASTHMA, TSH, and major Gynaelogical problem i.e. the abnormality and defectives of reproductive organs and ovarian carcinoma and evidence of cyst wall and septal enhancement in these lesions. Evidence of thick walled complex cystic SOL-s are noted in bilateral adnexae. and bilateral spondylolysis is noted at L5 vertebra and focal pleural tag and focal calcification seen in right lower zone after fifth month of marriage.

A lady in our office represented herself as divorcee and helpless. Her office record also shows that she is divorcee.
She use to involve men in office and her neighborhood in close physical relationship with her and take friendly loan from but when they ask her to return it back, she use to threaten them to sent to jail by fake rape and other complaints.
Nobody dare to complaint against her. Now, shocked to knew that she is not divorcee but has a husband who helps her to do these shameful frauds. The flat where she is residing is in her husband\'s name who seems to be a big mafia type.
Pl advice how can that couple be punished. As nobody dare to come in front, is there any way to report this to court or police by just a lawyer or any PIL or RTI etc.

My father who is deceased was the owner of a flat in a co op soc. In his so called registered will, he willed the flat to two(out of five) of his children and a grand child and left no share for two other children.The executor of the will who is also one of the transferees of the flat as per the will,wanted to get the flat registered in his name. The lawyer of the society has asked the transferee to provide to the society the consent/NOC of all the legal heirs of the transferor including those who have not been given any share in the flat in the will.
Is this requirement of the society's lawyer mandatory without which the flat cannot be transferred to the transferee.Please enlighten me. Thanks

Corporate guarantee and registration of charge with roc
Is it necessary to register charges with RoC in case when a company is giving corporate guarantee. Kindly substantiate your reply with proper authority of law. (The query is in relation to the Companies Act, 1956) Thank You.
