Hello Sir/Madam,
My grandmother (Hindu Family) had a property on her name and she passed away and she has 7 children includes 3 males and 4 females, one them passed away, so now 3 males and 3 females.
Here these 3 brothers informed 3 sisters that they will construct a house on property by taking a loan in the bank and bank informed to get "NOC" from the sisters. They signed the document believing that they would construct a house on property, but these 3 brothers sold the property without even informing these sisters and took away the whole share(Money) of the property.
Is there a possibility to ask for the share(money) of the property from these brothers, as these sisters already signed a NOC document?

Hi All,
Can anyone please suggest if is there any procedure to get my wife's call detail records?
I checked with some RTI forums and this comes under private information so private telcos will not provide this information.
So can i get her call details with permission from court(JMFC)?
Please advice.

IF ONE WANTS TO CROSS-EXAMINE HIS OWN WITNESS. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO DO THAT. IF I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPLICATION IN COURT, IS THERE ANY TIME FRAME TO MAKE AN APPLICATION FOR CROSS-EXAMINATION OF HIS OWN WITNESS.

Hi,
I want to register 497 case on the person whos had physics relationship with my wife. I have only proofs as call details from mobile bill and one call recording audio where my wife confessed the act to that person. That person comes my home frequently as i am working outstatoin and comes only on weekends. In my building there is cctv cameras where the person easily track about the day and time. but when I asked to get the copy of cctv video , owner not showing any interest to give. If i register the complaint at police station, can police help me to get that cctv footage and is there any other evidence require to the court to prove adultry had happened..
Plz help me, i have been married on 21 may 2008 and we have one four years daughter.i m in depression ,i couldn't understand what should I do.

Hi ,
My husband's ATM was lost and his account has been miss used for 10Lkh and he has been booked with following charges u/s 420,406, 467, 471,472,473,489(A,B & C),IPC 66(A)IT ACT in a charge sheet against a FIR. In challan no recovery has been shown and we have applied bail for him high court as it was rejected in Lower court and session court.
Therefore I want to know what is the chances to get bail for him ?
Please suggest....

Hi Friends,
I have a bit tricky question about my property (saying tricky as I didn't found any single post on this issue in any sites) please help me as I am not able to find solution till now.
I have a property in Nagar Panchayat (Chhattisgarh) area which is now inside city limits though not under municipality limits. Friends its a 4 acre land which has a completely dried pond. On papers it shows a pond (Talab) but its my personal land.
My question is can I get it diverted to residential or commercial land. Or What does the byelaws says about conversion of pond land to residential use.

the property was with owner in 1900, later this family members left the village, it automatically changed into temple property, in 1923, one of this family member came occupied this property till today, in 1923, he brought a land behind this property,in this documents, it mentioned the above property name as his family 's property, no other documents to proof for them, but the temple also the same, only temple as patta in their name, how we can solve this issue, the real owner of this property wants to register in their family name
