Respected sir,
My father has purchased a 4 kataha land with my uncle near EM Bypass on Year 1987.on 1988 partition deed was made as 2 katha each person. Front side was taken by my uncle and my father has taken the back side. With 4 ft side common road passage. The registration of sale deed and partition deed original copy was kept by my uncle. From 1988 onward my uncle was stay over there with making a small hut in his 2 katha land and my father's land was kept vacant. after 1990 when my father was asking my uncle to give the sales deed and partition deed and trying to make construction but uncle was ignored to give the documents and the land too. After that every time my father went to his land but return back with empty hand. Year 1996 once my father went to his land, uncle has beaten up my father by wood. After that every time my mother went to our land but nothing happened.
Within these years my father has collected all the registration deed certified copy from court and paid all the corporation taxes. Collected mutation certificate, NOC cert
We heard that my uncle has making an illegal construction in our plot. On 15-Mar-2015 my father mother and my younger brother went to our land with all the documents and asked them to stop the construction then unexpected incident was occurred. When my parents have asked for the land and shown all the documents and asked them to stop the construction suddenly my cousin brother told out from here els he will kill every one. After hearing this cruel ward my mother and younger brother went to Garfa P.S Kolkata and asked for a help.in the mean time my father was in my uncle house and my cousin brother and my uncle has attacked & beaten my father. They have blow kicks and fell down my father and they made it continue. My father has seriously injured. local household people has came and rescue my father after hearing screme.with the help of local people my father called up my mother at 12:20 pm and asked for help. Garfa PS send one officer to catch my cousin brother and they kept my cousin brother and came to P.S. With a help of local household my father also came to P.S and my cousin brother and uncle not been taken police custody. They are waking around outside road. After listening all the incident police not taken any FIR they just took a dairy. And sited over there till 5:30 Pm instead of sending him a local hospital for primary treatment. Police officer just talked with my uncle and his friend. And given a pressure to us for a mutual.
At 5:30 pm I have came to MR Bangur Hospital Kolkata with my father for injury treatment. Doctors have taken my father in Emergency and started his treatment and told injured internally. My 65 year father is a TB patient physically very weak he was just crying with a pain on whole body.
On 17th march 2015 my brother and mother went to Deputy Commissioner of Police south Suburban div and met with Mr Santosh Pandey (DC SOUTH SUB) and describe whole fact for a FIR agents my cousin and uncle. DC has informed his OC to take care the issue. After few hours Garfa Police Officer called up and told my mother that they will take a FIR.
On 18.03.2015 we have collected the FIR copy against my cousin brother and uncle. Police has given IPC 341/323/114 case against them. Both the criminal not taken in police custody and they are free now. P.S told they will submit a charge sheet to court and court will decide.
With all documents my father has taken 144 orders for his land on 25th March 2015 and illegal construction was stopped.
Now i want to know what should be my next step where my father cab bring back his land and to give maximum punishment to the criminal

Madam/Sir,
Please guide me in a legal issue.
A friend promised to invest my money in property. I gave him 5-6 lakhs. He invested in land and gave me papers.
He again promised to invest more money and I gave him 12 lakhs which he gobbled up. I have the copy of DD through which i transferred money to his bank account.
please tell the remedy I have. I want to get him arrested. Then what is the next step ? he is in Gujarat and I am in Delhi. How to manage this issue and what would be the legal process involved.

Sir / Madam,
I submit that I filed a divorce petition at District Court and immediately a transfer petition was filed by the respondent at High Court of AP and was STAY ORDER was granted.
Then due to non-appearance of the respondent / Counsel at High Court, the case was DISPOSED on 22.08.2013
Immediately a Set-aside petition was filed by the Counsel for petitioner (in High Court) and was again granted STAY vide Order dated: 01-10-2013. This matter of restoring was not informed to me but passed by the High Court and not even informed to the Lower court also.
Based on the Order dated: 22.08.2013 the Lower Court conducted trials and due to non appearance of the responded the Court granted Ex-parte Order.
Two days before to receive the Ex-parte Order the respondent once again filed a petition to set aside the Ex-parte Order stating that the Transfer case is still pending at High Court of AP and submitted a copy (NOT CERTIFIED) of Order dated 01-10-2013.
Seeing the Order I was shocked to notice that the order was named as
"HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH"
Becaus, it is a well known fact that the State of Andhra Pradesh was bifurcated on 02-06-2014 but the Order was dated 01-10-2013.
I filed an RTI before the High Court but the Registrar failed to provide the reasons and said that he will look into the matter and inform later
But nothing happened till today
KINDLY ADVICE ME THE PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED BY ME FOR JUSTICE TO BE DONE

Dear Seniors
i filed petition under section 12(1)a annulment of marriage.
but medical of board opined that respondent is FIT for Sexual intercourse. however, she can not have reproductive function (spontaneous conception) due to congenital absence of uterus . but by surrogacy, she can have her own biological child.
Now my ground of annulment of marriage does not establish the impotency. on the basis of medical report.
Judge will certainly dismiss my petition because respondent is sexually fit.
Respondent has written statement paragraph 22 clearly stated that she want to live with me.
i have never refused to maintain the respondent. in any court and before any competitive authority.
Next date of hearing judge will dispose the maintenance application and dismiss the petition.
Now in this stage can i file conjugal right application under section-9 Hindu marriage act 1955. read with Under Section 151 C.P.C.
if is there any judgement relevant with my own case. Kindly give citation.

Respected Sirs,
One property damage related compliant has been filed at Police station last year. The same has been FIR and submitted to criminal court in Bangalore. The Witness include myself in the compliant. We all got court summons & appeared in the court but the accused failed to attend the court. The next hearing is on June 04th .
Now if the main complainant and accused gets compromised each other , since the property damage is less than Rs2000/-. Is it possible to withdraw the case out of the court by the complainant. I signed as witness due to lack of knowledge about the same.
Please advice

Dear Sirs,
I had gone to my village last week.There was a dispute between me and my relatives over agricultural land. I was abused and beaten by four of them.
I do not have any witness. No villager or other relative is ready help me.
Kindly advise me what to do. I want to prosecute and punish them in court of law.

illegal money lender implicated me in false cheque bounce case. he misused one of my security cheque held with him & created false liability by creating bearer cheque issued by him in my name. In spite of my number of requests by emails, under RTI & my personal request bank is not providing me the copy of said bearer cheque .how i can get confirmation from bank that said cheque was bearer .With out this I am not able to prove my stand in Court.
