Dear Sir,
My wife died in 2010, I have only one son well educated, aged 24,staying separately. I am alone not working.
Now I am planning to marry a widow having 2 girl children aged below 8.
I have some property in my name and late wife too. My query is, If I marry the said widow,
1. what kind of rights will they (widow and girl child ) have on the property owned by me and my late wife.
2. How much share my son is entitled in the said property.
Actually I intend to give major share to my son, please suggest.
Thank you.

A petition U/S 13(B)(i) (first motion) for dissolution of marriage with mutual consent was filed in the last week of January, 2015. The statements of the parties have been recorded in the second week of March, 2015. Though the statements of the parties were signed by the respective parties and witnesses, the same has not been signed by the Hon'ble Judge, who has fixed the next date of hearing to discuss a point mentioned in the Memorandum of Understanding attached with the petition regarding the time for filing the second motion.
Under the circumstances, kindly clarify whether the second motion can be filed in July, 2015 i.e. after six months from January, 2015 when first motion was filed or 6 months will be counted from the date of the order to be issued by the Hon. Judge after discussing the point mentioned in the Memorandum of Understanding attached with the petition regarding the time for filing the second motion. for which next date of hearing has been fixed.

Sir,
Maintenance petition was filed on me u/s 125 CrPC by my wife after filing false 498A Case
Without any enquiry, the IO filed Charge-sheet. So, I filed RTI before SP to provide me the evidences collected while Investigating the case by IO. Also, it wsa mentioned by the petitioner that I came and bet on one day (time not mentioned) and the IO simply copied the same. But I was on duty and filed DUTY ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE. Till today 498A case had not been started but disposed Maintenance Case Ordering Rs.8,000/- per month (No Children). In petition and also in Order passed by Magistrate, it is mentioned that I'm having agricultural land, Big House and also getting rents and my salary in 2012 year is Rs.40,000/- (No Documents of evidence were provided). In fact I'm having no properties and even not that salary. But Magistrate mentioned clearly in his Order just supporting her.
How to move forward in this situation??
Please help me with proper guidance..
I'll be thankful to U

Is notarised agteement valid in the court of law?
Notarised agreeement made as one party is husband and wife and another is owner . The possession is not given by owner even after taking deposit and one month rental in advance . Subsequently can only wife can issue one month notice as per notarised agreement to owner to cancel the agreement as husband is out of country and take a deposit back. Is such a notarised agreement valid in the court of law.
i wanted to know whether maharashtra apartment ownership act is notified for entire state.

I was once charged under IPC 279 and IPC 176 and took me five years to be acquitted from all charges..
now I have been selected in govt bank job will this create any problem in my selection ?
the employer asked me to give reference of two referees in which they asking
"to the best of your knowledge whether candidate ever been convicted/prosecuted/arrested "
..where my referees don't know about my case they have marked 'NO' in that field..will this create any problem for me or my referees ?
I am concerned for them as they both are govt employees..will this create any problem to my referees and as well me..please give me appropriate suggestion Sir.

===== MODIFIED=====
RE-SENT MODIFIED, THINKING THAT EARLIER ONE DID NOT REACH L/c.
My son-in-law has a house in Kerala which was rented out by his parents. They are no more now.
He wanted to sell the property to square up some of his obligations. Notice was sent to tenant. He refused to vacate. Case was filed by him for own use. The fact that he had shown the property to some brokers will create some impediment in his plea of "own use"?
PROBLEM: Tenant asks for 5 years. There is an Apex court judgment giving 5 years to tenant PROVIDED THE PROPERTY IS FOR PERSONAL USE in another case and general directions.
QUERY: I am now dealing with the case. I am a senior citizen with no property in Kerala to live in. I cannot live in Delhi due to acute air pollution and is asthmatic due to advanced age. CAN i TAKE THE ROUTE OF GIFT DEED IN MY FAVOUR IN ORDER TO GET THE PROPERTY VACATED AT THE EARLIEST. Please examine what are the pros and cons and suggested course of action.
Thanks and regards experts.
Sec 324 ipc
Dear Experts,
wife filed case on me and my family for the offences 498a, 3&4 D.Pact, court took cognizence,
Majestrate framed charges for 498a & 324 IPC,
The complainant in her complaint no where mentioned about any beatings to her from the accused, she alleged that the accused scolded her in her complaint.
where as in the charge sheet police mentioned that all the accused beat with hands now and then, does this wording in the charge sheet attracts 324 IPC for framing of charge,
wat are the options for me to fight on this
