Sir,
My mother had given my house situated in Uttar Pradesh, Ballia 1 flat to tenant
for 3 months but more than a year had passed neither have they payed the house rent nor electricity charges if my mother is asking them to vacate the house they are saying that I will not vacate the house.They are threatening my mother to kill her if she forced to vacate. My mother made a mistake by not making a deed.She is 74 years old. Police also not helping us. Now they started saying that property belongs to them. Kindly hep me.

Kind Attention Shri Dhingra,
i am asking for what remedies or alternate is vailable when the cyber police is not taking action against the prepatreator who has breaked my password and taken all my information.
blackmailing means that person used my finacial data in maitenance case filed before the family court.
kindly suggest what to do

our neighbor want to purchase the property which is mortgage with bank .
Owner of the property and Bank will co-ordibate and ready to be part of agreement .
we want to ask whose NOC will be required for purchase of the property .?
and again if my neighbor wants to mortgage the propety with other banks?
pl suggest who will provide the noc to mortgage the said propety ?

kindly suggest what to do in the circumtances that cyber police is not taking action on my complaint filed in back two months on breaking my password of login ID of incomtax site in the month of march,2015.
kindly suggest what to do ? i have full proof who has done this crime and i also mentioned name of the person in my complaint with full details.

Hi all,
I am married for over 11 years in inter caste after some opposition from family, however my father and mother always had been discriminating between me and my brother since childhood.
My question is my father and mother have all self earned property and assets and whether during their life time can I seek partition and claim my rights in their self acquired estate. If so how ? and If not why.

Dear Sir,
A student was commit sucite at railway track and left a sucite note against my sister and there 2 unmarried girls. He wrote in the note " mere marne ka karan meri girl friend hai. bo aur uske parivar wale hai aur tino ka naam diya hai, aur likha hai papa inhe chodna nahi." now bail is pending at civil court.
what type of remedies are available if there are no any other adult male member in there home.

Can a board of trustee in a charitable institution resign at any point of time during the year due to their personal reasons and commitments or is it only permissible to accept the resignation in the annual general board meeting. In our trust deed we do not see any specific clause about the appointments and resignations of trustees at the Annual General Meeting only. Appreciate your valuable suggestions.

Dear Sir(s),
i lodged complaint before the cyber police station against breaking my password by the person who entered his mobile no and email for such act to enter into my login of the site of income tax. by entering to my login, the person has taken all my financial information and return of tax and now blackmailing me. i lodged complaint in the month of april but not any action from the cyber police. i also submitted full mobile number and email of the person but action is not taken by cyber police.
kindly suggest what to do to file FIR on such person as i have full proof of the person who theft my data from my login.
he acted such act in several time.

Dear Members,
My query relates to Factories Act
It is often time consuming to get signature of occupier on various document for approvals especially to authorities within the state (Telangana State). Many insist on occupier to sign.
Can occupier delegate the authority to Factory manager to approved specific documentation to be submitted. if so under which provisions of Factories Act & Rules.

In FTP 2015-19 SEIS covered Advertising Services for claiming rebate. Please guide me whether "sale of space or time for advertisement" is covered under Advertising service or not. OR from where we should adopt definition of Advertising service as used under FTP 2015-19
