Mera Naam Sangeeta hai, Kya meri mother ki property per mera adhikar banta hai, property ki registy 1971 me meri mother ke naam per hui thi. meri mother ne 26.03.1988 me ek vasiyat ki thi usme mere 4 brothers ke naam kar di thi us time meri age 4 years ki thi. meri mother is death 1999 me ho chuki hai. kya mera koi adhikar banta hai

Can a party to a sale instrument, pay additional stamp duty demanded by the registering officer, UNDER PROTEST, and then lodge a claim for refund. Is there any special procedure to make payments under protest. How does one make payment UNDER PROTEST?

After so many followup my Ex-employer given me PF aknowledgement receipt, but once i tried online for know my claim status it showing no records mentioned.
I have a doubt regarding original PF receipt or duplicate how can we identified.

Hello Experts,
My brother who is a s/w professional in UK got married last year with Hindu rights.
He has a flat in Mumbai where my father is co-owner in that flat.
It was decided that marriage will take place at our home town and so his in laws said they will hand over certain amount to us so we can spend on marriage expenses (Marriage expenses to be shared equally by both parties).
All the marriage, jewellery, cloths expenses were made by us (we have bills for the same).
After marriage all was ok for 3 months but then his wife and her relatives started torturing my brother and also asked him to transfer that flat on wifes name, which my brother denied.
His wife has filed false 498a case of dowry harassment on my brother and all family including my parents. We have taken AB in this case.
just 1 month before marriage his in-laws took my brothers sign on paper which they said was a part of tradition, he didn't told us at that time as he was in rush to travel to UK. Which seems a huge mistake by him.
Matter which is written in that paper is like below -
For the marriage of "Mrs. XYZ" and "Mr. ABC" We are giving said amount of XX lacks as Streedhan and expenses to our daughter XYZ.
Money accepted by,
Mr. ABC
My brother sign
Money given by,
Mr. In law name
In-laws sign
Now they are saying that, this is an agreement which shows that you have taken dowry from us.
We have not taken or demanded any dowry from them.
Please suggest what exactly this agreement is and how we can defend this in court? we have bills of all expenses occurred in marriage also jewellery taken for my brothers wife.
My brother wants to travel back to UK for his work, will this case be a problem to his passport or travel?
Also his in laws are planning to take possesion of his flat, so how to restrain his wife/in-laws from entering in flat?
Kindly suggest.

I have conducted an investigation of a case u/s 409, 166,418,201 IPC being a member of SIT under the chairmanship of ADGP Rank officer . after completion of challan complete record was sent to ADGP/Crime for further put up before DGP for prosecution sanction. The case for prosecution sanction was never put up before DGP who is competent authority to grant prosecution sanction and case file remain pending for 11 months with DIG investigation in the crime wing. with the approval of ADGP crime the IGP investigation in the crime wing passed an order for re-investigation of case without giving any reason,without putting up before DGP and entrusted the investigation to SP rank officer assisted by a DSP AND Inspector /Crime wing who is much junior to ADGP.please advice me whether at the stage of prosecution sanction case can be re investigated when there is a strong evidence in the challan u/s 173 Cr.PC against the accused and if put up for trial he will definitely be convicted...The accused CLERK is a very influential person, posted with senior police officer as his PA...pl give me strong authority of S.C and H.C.

I am working as an life insurance agent in sbi life.
My work is to sell insurance business and submit it to my agency manager.
Last year my agency manager cheated me by putting and issuing some of the cases through some others business code but the cases were sold by me. So I did not get the commission but the manager got it indirectly.
Now i have complained this fraud to chairman, sbi life.
One month lapsed, but no reply from them.
Can i file this case to court or whether i can complain about this anywhere else?

Sir,
A friend of mine joined a company after he was offered a job and he gave his acceptance and joined it after putting in a bond for 1 year. When he asked for his appointment letter they said that as the concerned person is not there he will get it latter.
My friend after working there for 10 days wants to quit the job, as there is no official appointment letter is the bond binding on him

2- Call recording can be consider as a evidence in the consumer court?
3- How much time consumer court will take if i will give complete evidence on first hearing?

Prejury proceeding u/s 340 during revision petition
Please let me know does application u/s 340 is maintainable after the main case is decided and revision petition is pending. Case filed by my estranged wife u/s 125 has been decided and i have filed revision petition. so now during the process of revision petition can i file suit u/s 340 against my estranged wife ? If yes can you please refer any judgement or authority in this regard ?
