Dear Experts,
This is regarding IPC420 under which case had been lodged in Aug2012 and court granted the bail also but so far case has not gone for the trail. What must be the reason and even police are not calling for any inquiry or investigation.
What should be the next step in such matter.

Hi All,
I have resigned from my current company on 27th May.Which they have accepted and relieving date given is 23rd June. I am supposed to join next company on 8th. I have mentioned this date (8th June) on my resignation also. Even after trying again and again current company is not ready to relieve me early using buy out option. My questions are,
1 - As I have resigned already, if I join next company on given date is there any way I using which I can get my experience letter and relieving letter afterwards?
2 - Will I be considered as absconder ?
3 - How can I get Form 16 and my PF account transferred ?

HR Policy and Appointment letter : My Appointment letter does not mention anything about buy-out option. It says that Notice period is 1 month. But Buy-out is mentioned in the HR policies but it is mentioned that buy-out is allowed only if management agrees.

I have a plot in an unapproved layout in municipal limits in Andhra Pradesh. Now, i'm not in a position to identify my plot in that layout as the boundary stones are missing.
I request you to guide me to whom to consult to get the plot surveyed and identified - Tahsildar officials or Municipal Officials

I have been married for 21 years to a man who has not let any day pass by without causing me, my children and my parents mental agony so painful which I cannot write in words.
I have been in this marriage just for the sake of my children and when I tried to break away from him he took the extreme step of jumping from our fourth floor apartment and broke his legs. The result of this action was, I was forced to leave my job and throughout my family and friend circle it was made out that I have forced him to take such a extreme step. This was in year 2010. I have two children whom he has disowned and has always tried to hurt them with use of harsh words.
I am working and supporting myself and my children. He lives in the same house which is on my name.
I want to ask how can I protect myself and my children from getting blamed for his actions in the future. In case, he tries to harm himself again I want something in written which states that I and my children should not be held responsible for the same.
I request you experts to kindly suggest me whether there exists any such legal provision which I can use so as to protect us from this man.

One of my friend grandfather setteled in orissa as he belongs to Kondhu ST caste, because of studies my friends father migrated to Andhra Pradesh. In Andhra Pradesh my friend father and for my friend also enrolled in their school records, their caste as "Turpu Kapu". The have been trying to obtrain their fore father certificate as ST. Whereas they do not know how to approach. Is it really they can obtain their ST certificate from Orissa, as their fore fathers are from Orissa and they are belongs to ST.

Petition of dowry by my wife and inlaws
Hi I very upset due to dowry petition by my wife today and I got cal from police station that we have received complaint from your wife that me and my family asked dowry and harras her. Panic has created in my family as she's staying at her parents home from last 2 months and I tried to take her back at home but she refused to do and we stoped talking each other since she used to curse my parents for one and other reason. We I asked stop doing this else I would do the same. She started making issue over this. All of sudden her parents tried to contact me but I don't respond in anger as they behaved too rude when I went to them to take her back. Then they called my father 2-3 times to sort out issue on one side and loosing their patience they did this action of dowry case. Kindly help me for measures since now I don't want to live with her.
