Sir,
My brother and I constructed a house on our parental land. My father had given me the ownership of the property so that I can apply for a Home Loan to construct the house. I took a home loan of 8.5 lakhs and contributed 2.5 lakhs cash towards the cost of construction. My brother also contributed 4 lakhs cash towards the construction. The total actual cost of the construction was 15 lakhs if all the above contributions were added. But as I have taken a home loan I had to pay 7 lakhs towards interest on home loan.
Now the current market value of our house is 45 lakhs (I am not including the value of the land as we have equal rights on the parental land on which the house is constructed), and could you please suggest how this 45 lakhs should be split between us. Will it be 11:4 (11 lakhs and 4 lakhs) ratio based on the actual construction cost contributed by us or the ratio based on the actual expenses incurred including interest paid towards the home loan? In that case the ratio will be 18:4 (11+7 lakhs: 4 lakhs).

Hello! Dear sir,
I Mr. vijaykumar (Hindu) from Gujarat. My father having ancestral agriculture land coming from my grandmother total 8 vinga with joint name of my uncle. My father had got 1st married and having 2 daughter and 1 son. But she's affaired with other person. Court decided to divorce eachother. But she was not happy and again court cancelled this divorce. My father not accepted her as a wife. 1st wife & their children name is not recorded in the government document of 7/12, 8A. Father got 2nd married with my mother. Here I am alone of my parents.
My father wants to divide in two parts equall but they doesn’t agree and want all land. So my father decided to give this agriculture land only to me with the help of written "WILL". My father age is around 80 years and suffering from bypass surgery and pacemaker installed by my own expenses. Now this land is under custody of his 1st wife since 30 years. Is it possible to do this things by WILL? If we go to the court how much share I will get with my father and my mother (she is eligible to get her share)? Can also 1st wife take her share from this land…?So I humbly request to you please give me proper advice or any other clever idea regarding this matter...we are suffering for the same since 4 years..plz share your perfect idea to solve it proper way.

I am planning to buy a land near Lovedale, Ooty. The land is being developed as a layout. The current condition is that there is a tea garden there, and the owner is converting half of the tea garden into housing society. I have been told that the land comes under Panchayat, and does not fall under Ooty town. So what are the documents that I should check and from which authorities and offices. Also any lawyers, if can take up the paper search and verification, for a fee, please contact me.

Meri engagement 1may 2014ko hui...aur shadi ki date...6dec thi...is beech me ladke valon ne guruji k yha jaimal aur hawan kra k guruji se var vadhu ki tarah aashirwaad dilwaya..oct me ladke vaalon ka phone aaya ki shadi ki date cancel karani hongladke k bhen ka operation hai..jab bhaiya gher gye to ladke vaalon ne kha ladka naaraj hai aap wait kariye ....gher valon ne ladke se baat karne ki koshish ki per ba ladka saamne aa raha hai aur na hi phone p baat karta hai maine bhi baat karne ki koshish ki to phne block ker deta h msg karti hu to bhi reply nhi.....ladke k gher vaale kahte hi shadi nhi ho payengi aap dusra ladka dekhiye....btaiye hum kya ker sakte hai...aur mahila aayog me hum kaise jaye aur vha kya sunwaai hongi????mere rights kya hai.???

Hello distinguished members. Please answer my queries.
Since the complainant is unable to visit the place where the complaint is to be filed due to old age i have question in this regard.
1) What is the interval between dates fixed by the Court in cheque bouncing cases?
2)Since the complainant is unable to personally appear at the place where the complaint is to be filed whether it will be advisable to issue Power of Attorney in favour of Advocate?

Mr. X, his wife Y and his friend Z are the directors in a private limited company, X has 50% share, Y has 20% share and Z has 30% share in the company. Now Mr. X wants to transfer his personal immovable property i.e. open land of Ac. 3.00 gts in Telangana state (Non Agriculture) in favour of the company. Mr.X wants to put the property as stock in trade. Mr. X intention is to avoid Registration charges. Is there any method to transfer his land into the company name. I came to know that simple letter stating that Mr.X is handing over the possession by way of stock in trade is enough. Is it correct. Or is there any other way to avoid egistration/development charges. I request my learned friends opinion.
