dear, sir
i am mohit sharma finish my llb degree this year and i got my registration form bar council of uttar pradesh but still not start my practice in court.
sir my problem is that my friend who is practicing in court as a advocate.
some one file an FIR agaisnt him of the section of IPC 307;423;427 ON 30.5.2015.
In the defence of him he deposit affidavit from 10,12 advocates.
i also sign on the affdavit.
and the main language part of affidavit is...... i have seen him in the court on the date 30.5.2015 many time . ON this date he is working in court. so, he is not involved in that particular case.
so, sir can you please tell how much involvement of mine in that case. IS there any procedure .... to come police in my home and ask quetions to me regarding this case. or any procedure ... can a court issue me a notice and call me to come in court regaring this.
sir, please help me to find out answer.

my wife accused me in false 498a and i got accquital in that. In her statement she said that in 2013 she was working on chb basis in a college but now she in not working anywhere. but now also she is working in that college i have proof of it so can i file perjury case against here.

Sir, My Brother who is a regular APSRTC Employee (Deputy Superintendent-Traffic)served from 2004 to 2007 (he also completed his probation period successfully) absented his duties from then. Later, after some time, he was removed from job. My query is can he get back his lost job?? If so, How?? Please guide us.

We are a Hindu family from Andhra Pradesh. My husband passed away recently at age 89. I am now 87.
We have a son and a daughter. Son died in 2002. He is survived by his widow and 3 major daughters. He did not make a will.
My husband and our son partitioned their ancestral property in 1986. Son misused his father’s share for business finance and lost all of it. He also sold father’s self-acquired property. His own share of ancestral property is intact.
I understand that the mother is entitled to 1/5th of son’s share of property if he died without leaving a will.
All these years, my son and daughter-in-law flatly refused to support me & my husband. My daughter and son-in-law have been maintaining us, eventhough we did not give them anything.
I am anxious to pass on my 1/5th share of my husband’s annual property to my daughter by a will or deed.
The question is: can I will my share of the property without a partition deed (which the daughter-in-law is avoiding doing)?

Hello!sir, in my neighbour mother in law always force and mentally tourcher son's wife to leave home .and that home is registered in father in law name.wife is pregnant and tourcher by mother in law so sir I repuest you legally tell what can wife do in this situation.

An NRI wants to mortgage to a foreign national of non Indian origin based in UK, his residential property in Mumbai, for the purpose of acquiring another property in UK.
Can he mortgage the property? If yes, on default made by NRI, will such property be transferred to the foreign national? Can the foreign national hold such property.

My client is situated in West Bengal and makes purchases from Local, centre as well as imports. He sales the goods in the local market and stock transfers goods to his head office in other state. He is able to determine the purchases(whether purchased locally, centre or import) which is stock transferred against Form F. My question is, for Reverse Credit do I have to consider the entire stock transfer (including local, centre & import purchases) or only the local purchase is to be considered.
2. How the Reverse Credit is to be calculated in following case: -
Local Purchase: Rs 26577318 itc Rs 1328866
Central Purchase: Rs. 5102330
Import: Rs. 245870/-
Local Sale: 11767178 Output Tax: Rs. 588359
Stock Transfer (from local Purchase): Rs. 14927220
ST. (from Central Purchase): Rs. 4369134
ST (from Import): Rs. 60519/-
Total Sales: 31124051/- Output Tax: 588359
