Hello Sir/Madam,
I Want to know about Validity of B.com Degree from Sikkim Manipal University?
Is it valid Degree/valid University ?
Is it recognised for Job Purpose?
Is it affiliated to any University?
Sikkim Manipal mentioned for eligibility for B.Com degree admission as 10+2 or
equivalent? wat doesit mean?

I was not called for the interview for a post advertised by the UPSC. I challenged this in CAT as I had the essential qualification mentioned in advt. In their reply, UPSC has stated that it has changed the essential qualification and issued a corrigendum AFTER the closing date of application. Can the UPSC change the essential qualification after the closing date without giving the persons who had this new qualification any chance to apply?
In my OA, i had only prayed for inclusion of my name in interview. In view of the reply of UPSC, should I request for change of my prayer?

My cosuin has filed the case of divorce in 2013 which was transferred by girl to her native city..She filed the written statemnt in May 2015( after failing of conciliation)..The family court judge after receiving of her written statement framed the issues and fixed for petitioner evidence..We want to file the replication against her written statement as she has made counter allegations against the husband.
Please inform whether replication can be filed after the settling of the issues?
If the judge refused to accpet the replication, what will be the remedy for placing the replication on records??

Dear sir,
Complainant having head office in Mumbai.But complainant have branch in Baroda.cheque was presented in baroda branch. Complainant was filed case in Mumbai.At present judgment passed in favor in complainant.
Where accused have to file the appeal as per ordinance (11-06-2015). Baroda or Mumbai?

can a complaint under section 138 NI (amendment) ordinance, 2015 can be filed against the cases transferred but not filed as per Dasrath Rathore judgement and against the legal notice given in the month of February March, April and May, 2015 with an application for condonation of delay. If yes, how?

A have mortgaged his agricultural property which he bought. the amount of mortgage is for 10,000 rupees , through SRO with valid documents ,
Now 30 years completed , till date no repayment has been made by the mortgagor ,

My wife left home town with two of kids age 6 and 12 saying she would come back after summer holidays. Soon after she went there stopped all communications did not allow to talk to kids, asked to talk through my sister who is married to her brother. My sister usually does not pickup phones due to fear and over burdened with household work. I had to really struggle to talk. I had made two return tcikets on which shet did not come back. Now schoold have my kids and tutions have also begin since a wekk but still she is refusing to come and threatening to kill me and my kid is ask her to come by force. I have old mother which she never took care treated worse than DOG. What are the steps my kids education is at stake due to her blackmailing, what steps to be taken. I am not wiling to get seprated since i think my brother in law, my mother in law and my sister in law have brainwashed her giving her shelter there shooting over her shoulders from back. I want to save my marriage since she is taking decisions undre influence taking shelter at her brother home. Pleae advise i am worried about my KID education, my mother and my family's future.

Sbi life insurance - setubandhan-policy proceeds are held back due to non-submission of trc
Dear Sir,This is adwin Anil Saldanha from Kuwait with regards. Sir, i had made a Setudbandhan Policy 10 years ago i.e, on 26th May 2005, and it got matured on 26 May 2015. Unfortunately it was not credited on 26 or 27th May 2015. I was waiting till 9th June 2015 for it to get credited. Then on inquiry I was told that i need to submit TRC certificate. Sir, as we do not have to pay tax we cannot get it from here. It is only for the companies here and I am working here at the capacity of an individual. Sir, I spoke to Bangalore office too, they are not listening and asking me to produce it. If I cannot get it from here, how can I produce it. Sir, over that I am told that they are going to deduct 30.9% on the invested amount of 3 lacs (10 years ago) + 30.9% on 1.5 lakhs which is added to it. So altogether 30.9% on 4.5 lakhs. Sir, I am totally confused. I have never heard of tax on the invested amount. Sir, the funds at the establishment of this Traditional policy of Setubandhan amount was transferred from my NRE account. It has no link with resident accounts at all.
Sir, please help me to come out of this mess.
