Dear Sir
I worked with Punjab Govt for 2 years in supervisory capacity. After probation, i resigned from the Post as per terms & Conditions of my appointment letter. On the date of resignation, i have in balance 50 Earned leaves. My employer has denied payment of Leave encashment on the ground that there is no provision for such payment in case of resignation.
Please let me know, how can i pursue my case though Court. Can i approach labour court in this regard ? or i can approach only civil Court ? Whether there exist any case law on this matter ?

What is kalam 9 (a ) stamp duty act ? what is procedure get exemption of stamp duty under kalam 9 a ? i have paid stamp duty i have get refund or abutment of stamp duty under kalam 9 a & what procedure is availing exemption or reduce stamp duty ?

Good morning sir,I'm from karimnagar.
In 13/06/2012 I gave 5 lakh money with 2 rupees interest through nonjudicial stamp paper.in 2013,dec I paid totally with intrest,but can't returned my stamp paper.because he intentially said that is not available. Now(11/06/2015) he send to me legal notice through advocate for repaid that amount.what i 'll do sir plz suggest me...

Arhatiya is not giving me j- form for sale on wheat in Punjab. He is giving to someone else. How can I complaint against him . Can I complaint to income tax or Mandi board.

Hi,
There is an old lady who is 65 years old and asking ransom from me if I want to sell my own row house. She abuses each and every estate agent and customer coming to see the row house.
She files fake complaints to the police station that I abuse her and they call me after every now and then as the senior PI of Bharati Police station, Pune is her relative and I stay in the same area
I have all the proofs i.e. audios, videos, photos that she is asking for ransom and I have also engaged a lawyer to start a criminal case against her.
Can I file a case in the Supreme court directly on this as I have 11 proofs and at least 7 eye witnesses?

one boy of village razapur has got married with my sister in chandigarh high court now we found he is married already when we complaint in the local police station they said us to get confirm address me n my frnd had gone to get address in razapur but his house was locked and when we come back to come suddenly his relative caught us and beat us but i run and my frnd caught now they filed a fake f.i.r that ipc 452 how we prevent it

Muslim father excuted a settlement deed which was registered infavour of her daughter 1998 onwards and another one settlement deed excuted to another one son both of the shares are above the 1/3 of father's property WHAT IS STATUS OF THOSE SETTLEMENT DEED?

My father who is no more had an OD account of 1 crore. He had given the house as security. I was unable to pay the interest as there was no income source. We are trying to sell another property to pay up and settle this OD account. Yesterday they came home and said they are going to take legal action. The notice will be stuck outside the house and a news paper ad will come with my mother's name regarding this. And prior to this I have got only statements and no notice regarding repayment.
P. S: I am the guarantor of this loan.
How can this issue be handled. How can I buy time.

Respected sir/mam,
I have applied for Dvc 498a on my husband. I am failing to attend the hearing every time when called because of my responsibilies at my job. I have 4years daughter, My husband or his family don't help me financially. Now am working abroad and to attend the hearing every date is became difficult for me. I can come on a particular date which I plan and accordingly get that date leave conformed from my company. How to appeal respected judge to sanction d perticular date as per my convince.
Please help me with this query. Is there any way.

Witnesses can't traced !
In a criminal case the witnesses who were present at the time of Panchnama can not be traced by police. They might have left the city and their permanent address is not known. What to do in the matter ?
