Sir/madam,
Does BANAJIGA caste(Karnataka)comes under OBC category for reservation in central government employments like civil services??
In case,if caste is different in school leaving certificate and caste certificate because of not mentioning subcaste in leaving certificate. Will there be a problem in document verification?
In my case my caste is 'Hindu Lingayat' in LC.but I got a caste certificate mentioning 'Banajiga' as caste after getting a authentication letter from Karnataka banajiga welfare association.
Will there be problem in document verification?

Learned Experts,
As have been left out with no other choice,I would like to argue my own criminal case(PC case) for certain compelling reasons.
I know that it is better go with a lawyer. But in the eventuality that i plan to argue my own,
1)whether the presiding judge will allow this and take it kindly...
2)what are the practical difficulties one may encounter...
Thank you in advance...Would be grateful for your kind reply.

We have a Cultural(non-religious) Trust Registered Under Bombay Public Trust Act in Karnataka from last 20 years, but that act has been quashed in Karnataka in 2014, in Maharashtar it is applicable as Maharashtar Public Trust act, now i need to know which act is now applicable for trust registered under Bombay Public Trust(BPT) act in Karnataka.
1) I enquired at the local Registrar's office and they said that we establish a new trust Under Indian trust act and mention in the preamble that we had formed trust under BPT act, Now i need to know how much this is correct? we are also applying for 80G benefits and FCRA but they need minimum 3 years of working before a new registration can apply.
2) If we make a new registration will we not loose these many years of existence?
Please give us some guidance.
Thank You

My grand father has purchased a property in his own earning on 1960 and he expired on 1972 without writing will. After his death My father changed that property to his name by using legal heir certificate. We are two son and two daughters to my father all of us married. Now we asked our father to devid the said property equally for us. But he is not like to divid equally and he said that he devide the said property into two part for two sons only and also said that it is not ancester property to devid equally. Sir, Please
give me the legal advice 1) how can I claim my share ? 2) any Supreme Court order in this regard ?
In any execution of an injunction decree, can the third party be added without adding the person against whom the decree has been passed ?
On 26.3.2011 FIR was lodged against an employee for embezzlement of funds. He got bail on 24.9.2011. Till date the charge sheet is not filed in the Court. Can the FIR be quashed in High Court ?

Hello Sir,
Our land survey number is #237 (with 2 acers 4 guntas) hyderabad, telangana in which there are 10 plot owners - with right side 6 owners & left side 4 owners with middle 40 feet road. Lets say the left side owners as A,B,C,D. Now, as there is a curve in plot of owner "D", he played a trick and constructed house without knowledge of other three owners, due to this trick played by owner "D", there is a disturbance of 5 feet to owner "A". After an year, owner "A" is encroaching into neighbour plot "B" and asking plot owner "B" to encroach into his neighbour plot "C". But, owner "C" is a huge business man and he will not spare anybody if anybody encroaches into his land. But, when these owners went to Owner "D" and asked about this 5 feet disturbance trick, he says that he will bring the court stay order and will not move as he has constructed the house.
Our Query is, as these plots are under ULC and they haven't got the ULC's yet. If any one encroaches into other plots and constructs the houses, or constructs the boundary walls. Can victim plot owner "B" can approach the court? will the court help him to get his plot after getting the ULC? or, as houses got constructed, will the court ask this victim to leave as is? please help.
Thanks for your help in advance.
