Notice period

Notice Period: I Joined A MNC 10 Years Ago And It Then Had A Notice Period Of 2 Months, 2 Years Ago Notice Period Was Changed To 3 Months And Is Strict. But It Was Changed In System But No Signed Hard Copies Were Given. Relieving A Day Early Or Buyout Are Not Entertained. The Prospective Employers Are Skeptical To Wait Until 3 Months. Sometimes I Feel Like Risking My Career By Joining Without Relieving Letter And I Do Feel Remorse But My Career Prospects Are Getting Affected. I Have Been Trying To Change For Last 2 Years But Notice Period Duration Is Blocking My Growth. What Should I Do?

If I Go Ahead Without Relieving Letter Can I Request For Experience Letter? Are Employers Bound To Give Experience Letter?

has sold his property to a promoter who

Full and final settlement pending

I Was Working With A Private Ltd Company For 15 Months, I Resigned And Left And Asked For Full And Final Settlement, Company Send Me F And F Form With Advance Against My Name. When I Asked For Explanation They Said U Kept Unpaid Wages Of Employees With You. But Earlier I Have Send Mail To Finance/ Accounts Saying That My Branch manager Had Given Money To Run The Branch From His Pocket When Company Did Not Send Money On Time, So I Refunded My Branch manager From Those Unpaid Wages, and I got the voucher signed, So Don't Deduct It From My Salary As You Didn't Bother To Send The Petty Cash And Other Expenses To Branch In Time. Once The Senior Official From Organization Told Me That We Will Confirm With The Branch manager If You Really Refunded Him Or Not, Branch Head Also Confirmed That I Paid Him The Amount.( branch manager has left the organization by then) Still No Action Have Been Taken For More Than SIX Months.
These People Have Stopped Answering My Calls And Not Replying To My Mail. Experts Please Advice As My Months Salary Is Pending.

contempt of court

Sir
A person filed a contempt case against the officer of a corporation alleging that he had violated the undertaking given to the court. Based on the undertaking given the contempt case was closed. After the case was closed it came to light that the officer had given the undertaking contrary to law and in fact the corporation is not bound by the undertaking. Now my query is if an officer of the government gives an undertaking in a contempt case which is not binding in it what is remedy available to the government when the contempt is closed based on the undertaking. Does it amount to fraud or material representation.

Payment of gratuity

Dear Sir,
I was a short service commissioned officer of Indian Army released from service in October 2014 to join Reserve bank of India after serving in Army for Seven years and one month. I completed first five years till 2012 and was on extension for another five year i.e. till 2017, however i left in between i.e. in 2014( as per clause in service rule that during extension period short service commissioned offer can leave Army to join any other organisation with prior permission and notice of three months) accordingly as per procedure i applied for permission to leave Army from Army Headquarter which was accorded to me and i left after three months notice.
Now even after eight (08) months from release from Army, PCDA(o) Pune which is responsible for the salary and accounts of Army officers has not RELEASED MY GRATUITY, also on inquiry i was told that it is under progress and will be released shortly they also informed me that i will be getting gratuity for only FIVE years i.e. the first contractual tenure and not for the TWO years during the extended period.
When i asked for the authority for this deduction of two years, for this it was informed that it is being like this from past many years.
Please Advise what should i do???
what course of action do i follow???
