Hi Sir,
We are facing water problem in an apartment. The apartment is having 8 flats and a commercial unit. There is one single borewell for all the flats including the commercial unit. There is no much water supply in the borewell and to dig a new borewell there is no co-operation from other flat owners and my family is struggling a lot without proper water supply in the flat.
Is there a way can an individual in an apartment have thier own borewell.
If yes, what is the procedure to get no objection from others and also the other flat owners should not claim the ownership of the borewell.
Kindly advice.

My father sold a bit of land to our neighbors. In old documents a cart track was mentioned from one survey no to another. But the width was not mentioned. In surveyer FMB the existence of cart track was not mentioned. What is the minimum width of cart track as per law? Please clarify me.

Sir/mam,
I get married 1 year 3 moths back.
I like to get separate from my husband and wish to get divorced.my husband mother always abuses me and my husband do all of those things which his mother said to him.his mother said me to live without husband and only with his mother and father.she always get involved in husband and wife communication. My husband tell all the communication to his mother .his mother forbid him to sit even with me.my husband and his mother always abuses me and my family.they never get me involved in their talking too and always talk secretly.my husband and his mother never help me financially also.they don't give me the maintainence.my husband mother abuse me always of not having any child too.
Suggest me what to do and how can I get maintenance and divorce.

I was granted provisional bail for four months from patna high court in a 498a case with condition to keep the informant and lower court was to keep vigil during the period and decide the regular bail after 4 months. She stayed with me for 8 days and filed another case of 498a in a different police station. I was arrested and sent to judicial custody and was released after 105 days of custody upon getting regular bail from patna high court. In the first case we requested for confirmation of bail and opposite party for cancellation during custody period but judge asked to wait till completion of four months. Opposite party moved to high court and petition was disposed with instruction to lower court to act according to instruction given in provisional bail order. Now that the period of provisional bail is over, kindly suggest step to get the provisional bail confirmed. Further what can be done if provisional bail is not confirmed. Regards Rahul

In a Motor Accident case, the FIR is lodged and court has issued two notices. The opponent doesn't appear n the vehicle not insured. On personal contact, they say police wrongly involved their vehicle. Can any expert guide?

Dear Sir
Company have 4 directors ABCD
A & B are together .(group 1) C & D together (group 2)
Group 1 have 42.67 % share, Group 2 have 33.34 % share and three-share holder are in depended, but they can join me.
Company Capital was 30, now group 1 has increased capital from 30 to 75.
Now authorized capital is 75, & paid-up capital is still 30
Now group 1 is trying to increase their share more then 50%, to hold the company
Can group 1 increase their share without group2 and three other shareholder concerns?
Can group 1 (50 % director) take any decision without group 2 (50 % director) acceptance?
Can we request ROC, not to increase any share to any body, or what is procedure to stop increasing shares?

Dear Sir, Crl. R.P allowed by District Judge against order of Judicial Magistrate to reinvestigate or file additional chargesheet under Cr. P.C. 397 and 399 petition filed and petition allowed. Police will start fresh investigation or file additional chargesheet?. Crl. R.P. filed by DSP against accused not by complainant. What complainant can do now?.

There are 4 directors in my company, I am one of them.
In year 1995 I gave my land for rent for 30 years.
Now I want discontinue this agreement, because some term not in my favor, like if company fail to repay loan of bank, the bank can sale my property & recover his money. I agreed on faith by mistake.
Now I want cancel this agreement, but a director who signed this agreement is refusing.
Our of 4 director, 1 director is with me & I am also director.
Can I cancel this agreement , if any 1 director sign on stamp?
Or what is procedure to cancelation?
Please help me

I had known a girl who was in relation with me since past an year , my mother had known her as well and had been thinking of marrying her , i had been keeping busy with work , for some dispute in police station and when matter resolved she had absconded with another guy , she had been using my atm's , withdrawing money from them as well as i had been taking care of all her expenses , phone and phone bills , she had been keeping good terms with my mother as well and had many a times borrowed jewellery and all for occassions from my mother , now when i call up , i get to know the number is changed , her address was fake , her family contact details were fake as well , i had got to know via some contacts that she is now going around with some other new guy and previously also she had done the same before me and had ran away with his money as well , i am in a state of shock , what to do ? do i file a case ? or what case do i file

About certificates
I have took management seat in an engineering college in 2011..I have dropped out college in that year due to family emergencies..now I want my original certificates back.he is demanding remaining 3 years fee. There is no loss to colege as some management seats are left in the college...plz help what to do to get back my certificates.
