Dear Sir/Madam,
Today I got demand letter notice from an advocate for my credit card payment, due to poor financial situation I had stopped payment of credit card about 5 years ago, I had shifted to other city and suddenly today I gor thia demand letter
Even now I can't pay the due they mentioned that is 85000, I actually unable to pay even any part payment, like to ask you that what should I do next, & does demand letters are serious ?, I am getting worried, can they take further legal action or i just avoid it

sir my neighbor report a fake FIR against me...through directly court due to this...I m unable to concentrate on my study....IPC 452 against my family. so kindly help me.

a cancellation report was filed in the court the complainant does not agree with the report . The court ordered reinvestigation, and directed the SHO to conduct investigation from the aspect of complainant..."FIR No. 105 dated27.8.2012
Present: APP for the State
Cancellation report was submitted by the police and notice to
complainant was issued. Statement of complainant was recorded on 20.3.2015
that she does not agree with the cancellation report. So, in the interest of justice
the present cancellation report is ordered to be sent back to the police station
City, Hoshiarpur for reinvestigation with the direction to investigate the matter
properly from the aspect of the complainant. Ahlmad is directed to keep the zimini
orders and copy of the cancellation report and the send back the original
cancellation report to SHO of Police Station City, Hoshiarpur.

Hi experts,
High Court has ordered that "plaintiff is entitled to accounts of joint family property". Plaintiff has filed decree final application of mense profit, accounts of joint family property in conformity with judgment of High Court in court of execution against my client who is defendant no. 4. We have filed reply that we do not have accounts and same were with our late father. Now I need some authorities which suggest that Court can not ask accounts from defendant as it must have been with his late father as manager of HUF. Burden of proof is on plaintiff to bring accounts of joint family property to prove his claim since when defendant has specifically denied the same. Court should not pass order against defendant to provide accounts, which would not be complied with by defendant as he had no such accounts at all. Any other authority favouring to defendant in this situation for not providing accounts would be helpful. Please also let me know the interpretation "entitled to account" does not lie active imperative duty on defendant to provide accounts. Can I press such argument?

I will explain my case my grandfather died without any will so as elder son my father took hold on property. My father has 2 brothers and 1 sister now my father says his sister has given hakka sod patra so now 3 my father and 2 brothers are there as this property is ancestral can my father gift deed any of the part to this property to only one son as my father has 2 sons And1 daughter? Under what circumstances my father can gift deed property?does he have authority to gift deed ?do i have right on ancestral property? My father and his brothers has made vatahukumnama so now still the property is ancestral?

Hello,
1). I sold my property in 2007 to Mr. X, sighning an agreement concerning details of property and payment options.And received a major amount of payment within a year(not full amount yet).And no major clauses written on the agreement.
2). Now, in 2007 Mr. X sold or gave the possession to Mr. Y without my concern.
3. In 2007, the property was registered in my fathers name
In 2013, I got registered the property in my name through HIBA (as per MUSLIM law)
Does the agreement Still Valid?
Can I take my property back or not..???
Plz Help.....

I am from Hyderabad. My wifes name is written as Runa in my son's birth certificate as we call her with that name in my house but in all other documents (voter ID, School certificates, Aadhar card) it is as Madhumala Bhaskar. so i want to change her name from Runa to Madhumala Bhaskar in birth certificate. Year of birth is 2012. so please suggest what should i do and the procedures to be followed.

1. In a Registered Will made by my father (now deceased ), he has clearly mentioned that I (daughter) and my brother (son) is entitled to 50% share each in his self-acquired residential property (value Rs 85 lakhs approx.) in Mumbai. On coming to know about the Will my brother (who is continuously using the disputed flat commercially) kept on abusing and threatening me and my husband over phone with nasty words and told me to go to court to get my share with the main bad intention of raising objections at the time of my petition for Letters of Administration (Executor named in the Will refused to act ) so that Partition Suit will normally take many years ,thereby he can keep on earning from the disputed flat till the case is decided.
2. In own handwriting he has also written/misrepresented the actual facts to the Co-Op Housing Society of the flat making unwarranted and false comments/ derogatory statements about me and my husband (which are far from truth). To substantiate his false claim that the Will is not genuine but bogus one, he has also misrepresented the actual facts with some of his neighbours and relatives thereby tarnishing our image and reputation in Society and Public. Under these circumstances kindly guide me about the following.
(a). Whether I and my husband can file Criminal Defamation Case/Civil Defamation Case separately and claim damages ?
(b).If so inMumbai where to file the Defamation Case? In High Court or in some other Court?
(c). Is there any time Limitation to file Defamation Case ? If so, from which date?
(d). Whether Defamation Case can be filed through E-filing or Party in Person in Mumbai?

Sir/mam, I get married 1 year 3 moths back. I like to get separate from my husband and wish to get divorced.my husband mother always abuses me and my husband do all of those things which his mother said to him.his mother said me to live without husband and only with his mother and father.she always get involved in husband and wife communication. My husband tell all the communication to his mother .his mother forbid him to sit even with me.my husband and his mother always abuses me and my family.they never get me involved in their talking too and always talk secretly.my husband and his mother never help me financially also.they don't give me the maintainence.my husband mother abuse me always of not having any child too. Non payment of annual bonus with full & final settlement
Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards an issue under which I went while I was working with Kotak BankLtd in bullet points.
· I joined bank on 1st May 2013 where in offer letter it was mentioned that in case I do not complete IRDA certificate and NSDL certificate my confirmation would not be done and an amount of 1 lakh INR as part of confirmation bonus would not be released.
· I did my IRDA in August 2013 itself.
· I asked my immediate supervisor Mr Rohit Kapoor in November 2013 that had my services been confirmed, he said yes to me on which I wrote a mail to HR RM Mr Gaurav Uppal in December to kindly release my confirmation bonus of 1 lakh under assumption that my probation period is over as confirmed by my supervisor.
· Mr Gaurav Uppal did not find time in replying the mail ( I have mail records) and on my many reminders, he called me in Feb 2014 stating that since my NSDL is pending my confirmation is due and it would not be released. I said ok, when I will do it I will write back so that amount can be released.
· In mid May 2014 appraisal ratings and annual bonus were declared and my ratings were not displayed in system. I wrote to Gaurav Uppal on mail, on which he replied contact your supervisor. On the day it was declared my new super boss Mr Harit Johri visited branch and I asked the same, he adviced me abount my annual appraisal, increment of 75K and annual bonus of 1 lakh, and told me that since I have not done my NSDL certificate it has been put on hold. I enquired him, that no such official mail has come stating that increment/bonus would be on hold and same was not mentioned on offer letter.
· But it was of no use, as it was neither released nor any official communication was send.
· In August 2014 I got mail stating my salary was on hold for non completion of NSDL certificate, on which I wrote to new HR RM Mr Ashish Talwar, who discussed with other departments and got it released. Again I got mail in mid September 2014 stating that my salary is on hold as I have not done NSDL certificate.
· I wrote back again that I have taken test date for 29th September 2014 as that is the only available date for test and requested to release salary. But it was of no use.
· Finally I decided to leave the organization as found no reason to stay where in HR is not ready even to reply on my 7 mails asking under which clause or proposition my salary has been put on hold. Where in offer letter it was mentioned that salary would be put on hold. Which law under various government act allows organization to hold salary of the person who has worked and marked attendance for full month.
· My last working day in the organization was 29th November 2014.
· With my full and final my September/October and November months salaries were released along with leave encashment.
· My increment amount and annual bonus of 1 lakh is yet to be released.
My questions
· Under which clause/section/rule my salary were put on hold.
· If there were any such rules, then why hold salary was released along with full and final. Bank should have not released that too.
· If it was released then why my increment amount was not released.
· Why organization is not releasing my annual bonus amount of 1 lakh which was for 2013-2014 work not for any other affair. It has nothing to do wth NSDL.
Seek your kind assistance in order to
in order to understand how to pursue the case further in order to get my pending bonus released.
