Harrasment of physically disabled person

My father is a physically disabled person and is against illegal activities carried out in our society. On objecting to this our working comitee has started to harras him. They started off by demanding 40000 for our collapsable installed 7 years ago without any receipt, so we refused to pay up until legal demand was made and similar amount is demanded from others who have installed grills. They are also allowing some outsiders to interfere in our society matters and accordingly they asked two outside goons to install a concrete chair in front of our place. When we reported to the police they gave a statement that they had no idea who had installed that chair, though it is to be noted that cctv is installes in our premises. On demand they refused to give us the footage for particular day and later on filed an application with the police that chair was installed by few people from our society, hence police who were earlier willing to help us developed deaf ears to our complaints. Now they have threathned our tenant due to which my father and my mother are worried. My father is physically disabled and 66 years old my mother is 58 years old and co-owner. Is there any legal option to stop all this as the people against us have no respect for law and the police have also not helped us. We have forwarded the matter to the concerned department of state government but of no use as of now. Please help

Citation...!

Hello Experts,

I am an Advocate from Hyderabad. I have a query.
I have filed a case in consumer forum against a Hotel in Hyderabad for deficiency in service and the case is in the argument stage. And the Hotel have filed their chief evidence and the person deposed the evidence has stated him as the authorized representative of the Hotel.
But the authorization letter filed by the hotel in the court has a different name, instead of the name of the person deposing the evidence.
Now the question is When a firm, company, or a body corporate is made as a party to the suit it appoints an authorized representative to follow up the cases in the court and even the companies give authorization letter to the authorized representative.
Now my query is as far i know only the authorized representative has all the right to represent in the court.

How far is it correct?

I only want some of the Citation of the Apex Court or any High Court.

Plz suggest me.

Thank You.
