Can a power of attorney file a writ petition? can the high court reject the petition on grounds of it being filed by the power of attorney?

Hello Sir, I am Govindraj, would like to seek your opinion/advise on decree done on permanent injection on property, as defendants try to interfere on our peaceful enjoyment of property then we went to same court and filed Execution case and also we have requested for Police aid under section 151 of cpc, please let me know your valuable advise.

We are two brothers and one sister, our father died in 2003 at the age of 79. He had purchased (not inherited) some agricultural land in west Bengal during 1950-60’s. Those agricultural lands were mutated in my father’s name and are still mutated in my father’s name till date.
There are 30 small agricultural plots and we want to mutate our names in those plots as because we have inherited them.
We want full 10 agricultural plots each to be mutated in our names respectively (i.e. 10 plots to each brother and one sister thus total 30 plots). We do not want our 3 names to be mutated in each & every 30 plots equally, thus sub-dividing the plots further.
In the above context, please answer that is it possible for us to get full 10 plots each mutated in our names or not ?

We r 3 in members including my Father and a brother are acccused in 324 452 34 . doctor report says normal injury , is this punishable or court may release us on bond . My father is in Tata Steel service , My self is in private service and my brother is in govt. undertaking organisation . If we punished then what effects on our service , before punishment what precautions would be taken next date for judgement/argument on 4/7/15.

Our apartment society is not registered. It is situated in bhubaneswar. Orissa.Some of coowners are jealous of one coowner. They kept a house keeper who lives with his wife in the basement. It is a 12flat apartment. He is not maintaining visitors log and doing personal work of 3 or 4 flat owners. If u ll ask him anything hr is aarogantly replying . his daughter and her family comes and stay with them for 10 15 days. Last night when I came his daughter in law was there. When I asked housekeeper male why you are not maintaining visitors log. While talking her daughter in law came in picture and argued. I asked who are you. Then after casual argument she went upstairs and called 6 to 7 flat owners. They all came and called my father (senior citizen) and 4flat owners directly telling that she will go and lodge a police complaint that your son misbehaved her and they will falsely say that they were the witness. I have recorded all the conversation with her daughter in law. I fear that as he is staying with her wife can give any false case . the flat owners are saying that as he is a house keeper his daughter daughter in law can come . what can I do to prevent such action. Can I do anything legal. I am 1st year law student. I have the video footage of about false witness. Pls advice me.thank you all in advance for your valuable suggestions.

In a civil court, being a defendant, for bringing vital evidence for the existence of a pathway at the north side of plaintiff's property, defendant taken out a survey commission. The survey commission was executed using a land assignment sketch as its basic document. Now plaintiff filed petition to set aside the commission report on the reason that it was done with out the permission of the court as there was no proper survey plan for the property. What is the remedy for the defendant to save his vital evidences brought by the survey commission ?

A lady filed ipc 376, 420, 506,507 against me in court.
Judge asked for police enquiry not FIR.
At last Judge dismiss her allegation of 376 and 420. The remaining 506 and 507 case is going on in court.
Now that lady has approached National Women Commission.
National Women Commission has directed police to enquire.
Now the police is putting pressure on me that they will FIR against me for IPC 376.
if matter is in court yet., how can police lodge Fir against me for the same crime.

Sir/Madam,What are the chances of aquital in cases charged under ipc 353 if the first and 2nd accused are marked "not identifiable"in the chargesheet filed?(the total accused were 6 in number). How long does such cases last with the above stated condition? 3rd to 6 th accused(" all identifiable") were arrested when they questioned the arrest of the first two.There was no physical assault on any cop present there. The police vans were not damaged .What course can this case take and can any compromise be reached with the police which lodged the complaint?Thank you!
