i parked my truck four year ago in my house since then i never drove it in road but i did not surrendered it in RTO, now Rs 72,000/- tax has been served on me. Any legal remedy is available to me under which provision.
My point is when i did not drive it y i shd pay

I need to know how do we submit the annexure H when only parent hold the passport which was issued before the marriage. My wife and daughter have same appointment date and time (since they have now applied for passport). We need to submit that annexure but how can we make the last statement of it when I do have passport but my wife doesn't ?

I lent 40,000 rs. to a person and he promised me to repay the same within 6 months along with the interest on the aforesaid sum. He also signed on a 100 Rs. blank stamp and a blank cheque and both are in my possession. It's been more thn 8 months and that person is not at all willing to give my money back. What recourse or steps i can take in order to get my money back.

My cousin have purchased residential flat in his name & his wife as joint holder. Since money is been paid by his brother also he wants to replace his name by removing his brother's wife name as joint holder. what is the procedure & cost to replace joint holder's name.
Also pls suggest whether we can add another joint holder in the agreement if cost of aabove is higher.

Insurance cheating
Hiii..my frnd took an insurance from a frnd of her....and it says that she will gets 180million vnd if she paid 100 million vnd(Vietnamese dong) she is Vietnamese citizen....since it was her frnd she signed without reading much...she didnt paid yet..but now the company days she will only get 60million vnd after 15 yrs or she got injured.....so i want to ask that CAN SHE CANCEL THE INSURANCE EVEN IF SHE SIGNED??OR IS THERE ANYWAY TO SUE THE CHEATING COMPANY...pls help me
