I joined company on 30oct 2014,after having sat for six months company sends me to abroad for training recently company came with a policy of two year bond or two lakh rupees.however before sending abroad it took an undertaking on official pad that i will sign the bond after return. Please tell its validity

Dear Sir,
My daughter(Hindu)from Karnataka, married to a Muslim boy from Delhi in 2005. After 2 yrs of marriage, started physical and mental torture by him.4 years back he gave "talak" and absconded with one 4 yr old girl child. Leaving 2nd girl to mother, which was few months old. Then mother put a case on him for elder's custody and he put case for the possession of younger one. Since then not a inch forward movement in the lower court of Delhi.
Now she migrated to mother's place in Karnataka. For last 4 yrs we are sending money for child and her maintenance to Delhi. And she was there just for attending the court case only. Now court insist her through lawyer to attend personally in the court with child.
I need some legal expert opinion in this matter. Shall we apply to supreme court now in this juncture(45 days stay in Karnataka) to transfer the case to any Karnataka court, giving any valid reason?
Awaiting for your kind help.

I am a single gynaecologist from Mumbai. I have adopted girl child of 16 mths from Nanded in July 13. I have court order, adoption deed and birth certificate. I want to apply for her passport.Documents required for passport mention the need of baby's photo on adoption deed. Adoption deed that I have has my photo and orphanage social worker's photo. Since last 15 yrs adoption deeds are being done this way only in iñteriors of Maharashtra . Now what can I do? Is there a way to avoid a trip to Nanded for redoing or rectifying the adoption deed.

Dear Team!
I was working in HCL BPO in year 11MARCH 2013- 26. DEC.2014. During that time in HCL, I worked in two big clients(in boo they call process) one is at&t and another is B.T. I worked in at&t for about one year then moved to BT in nov2013. Since then my problem started my Team leaders and mangers start sending me sexual messages and call me indirectly black girl and many time my team leader called me to his home. And offered me to drink alcohol. Once I was so sick and was not able to speak I told my team leader that I can't take calls he said "why do you take so much in mouth". And many time said many thing that I can't say piblicaly.. Like are you a virgin...
I was the only one working in my family so after all this I still continued to work. Finally I complained to his manager and he scolded him but now his manager start flirting. In any case I did not wanted to lose job but not wanted to compromise with them. I stared sharing with my co- workers about this pressure I had. I was in so much depression and pain. I resign 3time but manager did not accepted and told me to wait. I fainted 3time in office. I was mental tortured in office. I was hospitalised. When I came back from hospital they changed my team but new Manager start troubling me more by making me login for longer and no breaks and when I was breathless and fainting they did not allowed me to go to medical room but when another manger came to take me medical room I saw some one already died in that medical room because no medical aid in that room. That guy died by heart attack. I had it a lot I complained to hr and VP and higher management about it they did nothing about it. I could not speak about the harassment and kept quiet as my manager said if I take his name he will not let me work elsewhere. And I did not had money to fight case and worried about my family name should not come in media. After long questioning I left HCL. Got reliving on 16feb2015.
I was at home in pain and no job. All this was so insulting and painful.
No that same team leader is facing some job issue in company and about to lose his job. And he thinks I am doing that and threatening me and wright on Facebook page. I am so disturb mentally. My whole family is on Facebook and I am so afraid. I don't know what I should do now? Is there any legal ferm that can fight my case for free. I sometime feel like killing my self then giving problems to my family.

Dear experts, recently I had posted a question on sharing the property and the solutions provided by some of you were of great help to me and I thank all those for their kind support. I have few more queries. 1) What is the time limit for the opponents to go for an appeal after the lower court's judgement? 2) Do I need to register the property in my name that I bequeathed through the will? I intend to sell it. 3) Do I need to Probate it or complete any other legal formalities before selling it?

Hello,
I was working with Navigant technologies based in Gurgaon i left my job in april 2015 and this is my pf account GN/GGN/OO34/039/0326 as on salary slip but when i want to check balance it shows that your account credentials are incorrect. I asked with HR they told that in June first week it will be correct but still there is same problem HR not receiving calls now so please advise me what to do.
Also they are not giving me fnf salary of 1 month of notice period.

Govt. Acquired land for the national high ways purpose. The problem is that many people are affected for this reason directly or indirectly 20 thousand people.. They are doing business beside the road. Govt issued trade license, vat registration etc. They are paying regular tax. Even panchayet of that particular locality given permission to do the business upto 2015. Another thing is that proposed road plan of the govt.is costly more than the road plan of the affected parties. Distance will be short from govt. Road plans to affected parities. For that reason 300 crore saved and only 10/20 shop owner are affecte. May I file writ petition on behalf of that persons??? If any, please mentioned the case laws regarding this type of matters. I greatful to you if you clear my question. Thank you.
