Iam a decree holder in amoney suit on the file of senior court hyderabad. During pendecy of e p procedings j d r have sold away entire propertyies and they are claming that they are not in postion to discharge dicree agaist which i have filled a pettion u/ s 340 r /w 206ipc and 151 cpc praying honble court to file criminal complaint in honorable criminal court which was dissmised .it is also subbmitted that i have allreddy approched crminal court who dismissed my application under section 195 b ipc i want to know what is remedy available to me and which court i should approch and under which sections

Hi...I have a frnd in Vietnam...she is Vietnamese... she is coming to india to visit me... and we will arrange staying at my home...so I just want to ask that is there any rules regarding that?coz she will stay at my home....so is there anything i have to do like to inform police abt a foreig coming or something??

Dear Sir,
my brothers transferred our house to me by gift 20days before the attachment. do I have right on the property can I claim and win the property.
Do I need to submit house original documents to court along with claim petition.

Madam/Sir,
I am working in a PSU. CISF is providing security services in our PSU. Our company has provided rent free accommodation to CISF. We are paying Service Tax on all monetary facilities provided to CISF. Now the Addl. Commissioner issued a notice of non depositing of Service Tax on rent free accommodation, The Addl. Commisioner assumed that if the company has not provided rent free accommodation than company will pay House Rent Allowance. So taking this assumption the department issued a notice of deposit Service Tax.
Kindly suggest on the above subject please.

As per Negotiable instrument, there is penalty upto twice of amount of cheque. Whether this amount is given to complainant.

Dear Experts,
This is regarding the Death of our Grand father. He died on march 31, 2002. Unfortunately, my father or my uncles never applied for a death certificate and now even my father died of an accident on February 2, 2010. Is there any way I can apply for death certificate of my Grand father? Please help.

Sir i have copy of voter list which shaows that a govt employee of punjab is enrolled as voter in the state Punjab for the past 10 years and the same Govt. Employee is also enrolled as voter in Haryana for the past 8 years. I want to complaint against that Govt Employee . So please tell me that whether this is a criminal offence and under which section and to whom shall i complaint. Tell me that police can registered FIR against that Govt. Employee. Please help me

Dear Sir,
I was granted provisional bail for four months in a 498a case and lower court was to vigil during the period. Unfortunately, during provisional bail period another case of 498A was lodged. Husband is the only accused in second case.
Is it possible to get the second FIR quashed?

Dear Experts,
My querry is regarding the LPG DBTL scheme. Can any body advise if a person, who has family in one state and residing herself/himself in some other state, apply for subsidy in both the connections.
In my case, my suster's family is in Odisha and she herself is in Delhi for job conditions. and has both 2 connections in both states. can she apply for subsidy in both the connections?

Wrong bill produced by hospital
Hi,
My father was admitted in a hospital, at the time of discharge they have given bill of 96,217 of which 91,217 was settled by insurance and rest 5000 I paid.But for final settlement they sent bill of 99,115 (I was not aware about this till the time I asked to refund my deposit of 5,000) to insurance company ,they settled 90,655.Now difference of 3400 is being demanded from me by hospital. They have haken 5000 as a deposit.I am planning to go to consumer court. What all formalities I need to do?Is taking deposit for cashless claim legal? Shouldn't I was notified when they were sending higher bill to insurance company?
Generating another bill and sending without my consent was OK with them? Please suggest.
