Letter patent appeale

SIR, MY WIFE FILED THE TRANSFER OF ONE OF MY CIVIL SUIT BEFORE THE HIGH COURT AND HIGH COURT HAS ALLOWED HER APPLICATION.
I HAVE APPROACHED TO SUPREME COURT WHERE IN DEFECT I HAVE TO CLARIFY ABOUT THE LPA WHICH I HAVE NOT FILED. AS EARLIER I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS. KINDLY GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO, I AM APPEARING IN-PERSON.

Dear Mr. Jagjit,
1. Prima facie the query is an academic.
2. Can you clarify the heading/prayer of your suit filed by your wife where SC registry has asked for details of LPA?
3. Are you on war-head with your wife wherein you are contesting a civil suit till SC?
4. As stated by you transfer petition of your wife was allowed by High Court, was it in the Ordinary Original Civil jurisdiction before the High Court? Which High Court you are stating?
Did she ever raised the question or issue qua jurisdiction in her written statement and/or anywhere during the course of adjudication by High Court?
It is advised to approach, consult and engage a prudent local lawyer.
