Sir case ye hai ki ek ladki jise uske husband ne divorce diya hai aor shadi last year Feb me hui thi. Ladke ke play group school chalte hai ab ladki settlement amount ke liye claim karna chahti hai..
Sir hm ye janna chahte hai ki kya hme ladke ki income proof show karne ki jaroorat padegi jabki wo khud ko do play group school ka director show karta hai

Sir, I am landlord of a Rented floor in Rohini. where rent is more than 6000 p.m.
so i get knowledge that delhi rent control act not applicable.
i was making rent agreement of rs 250 as all other neighbour do.
but now hear something new that is leave and licence agreement. please give me some clarification. what is this and how it is different from rent agreement. is it give more safety.

Hi, I live in Mumbai, our property is going for redevelopment. After my grandfather's demise(1988), my grandmother was living in the said property. Our family I.e my dad mom me and my brother are living here from past 17 years. My grandmother made a will in my dad's name for the said property. But we could not register the same. Now my dad has 7 elder siblings who have claimed for the property in mahada, and the builder is not ready to make an agreement with us. He is asking us to issue a possession letter signed by dad, and in return he is giving us the rent cheque and no other legal document from his side.
Documents with us: Grandmother's will Ration card - in the name of my dad Light bill in grandmother's name Rent receipt in grandfather's name Can we demand for an agreement. How much % are we entitled. We do not wish to sell the property. As occupants are we entitled for an agreement. Can we file a suit against the builder.
Need help!

I am petitioner and I received from respondent emails which are part of evidences. These email print outs were generated from my computer. Pls clarify that the Certificate under section 65B of Evidence Act has to be given by me during the evidences affidavit stage?

my english is weak so in hindi _mene 1987 me ek dalal se plot kharida.
uske bad usne mujhe jagah btai aur 2 room banwaye.
2003 me wo off ho gya. uske bad uske ladke ne baki ki plot ki jo rakam thi wo mujhse li aur sign karke receipt di.aur sath me reh kar ke room ke boundry banwai.
2o12 me mene us mere ghr jisme boundry bani he 2 room he.ek person X ko becha . aaj us bat ko 3 sal pure ho gye he.
ek din achanak us X ka phn aata he ki yha milne aao.mene detail puchi q to kha ki aapke papper galat he.esa wesa.aur lagbhag ab tak dhamkiya aai gali gloch aur jaan se marne ki dhamki b.
me samaj ni pa rha hun kese ye matter solve hoga

I am working In MNC more than 3years ans i am performer of my branch.But before 2 month ago i am suffering from jondis so i am unable to reorting branch. i have told my BM.to about my health but he issued me absconding notice.than i am going to branch with my medical certificate but he told me your are teriminated and talk With HR.i will try more than 1 week to contact HR but she did not lifted my phone or call me back .i m also send mail and messages .
Than i write email to HR helpdesk .they told me that they got clearance from RM dated 12june but still i m not getting my relievinng letter.
therefore i am not getting job in any co.
last 2 month i am home. it is question about my carrear.
how can i gety relieving letter earliest?
can i go to labour court?
can i case for compensation?
