Dear Sir/Madam,
Good day.
We had 4500 sqft of plot on highway.The highway department has acquired 1800 sqft of plot and has put identification mark in our plot.
We didn’t even receive the final settlement yet for the land it has acquired.
Meanwhile my father has sold this plot to a person (a real estate owner) to take care of my sister’s marriage expenses.
We measured the land from the acquisition mark put by the highway department and it measured 2700 sqft. We have given the copy of the mother document, highway acqusition notices and patta copy to the buyer for his verification.
He has verified with the authorities and then we sold the land to him.
And now the buyer has filed a case against us saying that he was not able to get patta for 2700 sqft and only 2400 sqft as per the government records. He is now demanding money for 300 sqft.
So we went to the revenue department to check it and paid challan to request for measurement 1 year ago. But nothing happened. Even I went to the highway department and gave petition to re-measure our land. But that also is delayed till now.
Need your advice on this.

i have small query of regarding WILL
My grandfather has three childrens,
one son and two duaghter
My grandfather had purchased property , before expired , he had executed a WILL in the name of my father i.e. his son
the property is self acquired property of my grandfather
so my question is other two daughters (my father two sister) can demand/claim their shares in this property

OK! let me explain my story...
my name adi..
my marriage- love marriage
OUR MATRIMONIAL HOME distance- around 300 km, 7 hrs journey
wife demands- 'ghar jamai'
1. because i am earning 'daily wages'
2. I have no govt. job
3. my in-laws says- 'main bekar hu, nakara hu'
i denied to live ghar jamai...
wife filed- maintenance case 125
all false statements like-
1. I denied to maintain her (FACT- i am sending regular money order to her and for my darling daughter around 2000 per month as per my capability, but she is refusing, till date total money order send 22 times, all refused, i have all slips)
2. I gave her mental and physical torture- false- (FACT- i have some personal conversation messages with my wife in which she has written "pls. mere ghar aa jayo, sab mil ke rahenge, i am sorry, i promise tumhe ab kabhi aur koi insult nahi karega")
3. She has written i am working in a private firm and earning Rs.30,000/- per month- false (FACT- i am a 10+2 holder, typist ka kaam karta hu, daily wages Rs.200/- mil jata hai)
4. She has written, she has no income source, she is living in debt. (FACT- she is a b.a. history honors degree holder, her father is a 'senior technician' steel plant) (another fact- while she has no income source, OK i am sending her money order, but why she refusing)
My questions-
1. how to get her b.a. degree proof... i know her college, her roll no.,... should i go for RTI...
2. can i get her father's income statements, assets statement, tax statements,,... as RTI has provision to get details for any GOVT. employee...
3. Should I fill 340 crpc as i have proofs of her messages...
if i get the RTI then i will gain more proofs...
should i go for 340 crpc...
show me the path to execute...
i am suffering from depression, anxiety, panic attack, treatment going on, should i show those medical prescriptions in court..

Please guide whether owners of Ist Floor & IInd Floor install their corporation water motor peratining to MCD Line, electricity meters at ground floor as per law or do they have to install at Ist Floor only.
