My grand father added second wife( not by registered marriage or in any chirch) after the first wife expred,He is christian. whether the children born thru the second wife is legitimate children , can the will made bequeathing all the properties to the children born thru the second wife is valid and shall the right of the will properties go to the children born thru the second wife(illegitimate)
Please clarify me sirs,

The Marriage after the expiry of First wife ,whether Registered or not or in any church or not it is valid.He has all the Rights to do any thing with his property if he is the absolute Owner of the same where no other person could claim any Legal Rights.

Marriage after death of first wife is valid and the children are legitimate/ entitled to inherit property of parents.

3)Yes. It was your grand father's property. He had the absolute right to give it to whomsoever he wanted even to outsiders.
