Child visitation - contempt of court act 1971, under sec 2(b), 10 and 12

Hi Experts,

I have filed petition for contempt of court act 1971, under sec 2(b), 10 and 12 in HC for disobedience of child visitation order given by magistrate court in sub-petition of DV act. HC Section clerk returned for corrections. Section clerk orally asked me to change section as "Order 14 read with rule 10(1)" instead of contempt of court act. I said, the visitation order is given by magistrate court, so it should be by contempt of court section. Section clerk replied that I have to get sign on petition from "Advocate General", if i move this petition under "contempt of court". is it true? or is section clerk making my petition as dummy by my in-law influence? Please reply.

Thanks,
Kumar

Assault

Can a sub inspector on his own initiative convert a written assault complaint (use of a knuckle duster by one of the assailants)into a witness statement because the incident started with a fight among members of a society in the compound. And in the mellee a woman member was accidentally touched by a male member.
Can the sub inspector make up his own statement and file it without the person concerned accepting what he has written.

Is it true that if a person applies for and gets anticipatory bail then he loses the right to travel abroad;what is the rule if this person has a foreign passport but residency permission to stay in India (PIO or something of the sort).

Can one get a copy of this anticipatory bail petition and order from the police station or the court.

Both parties guilty of cruelty

My wife alleges that I have hit her and thrown her out of the house but has no proof apart from my admissions. I have proof of several instances of her cruelty like denial of sex, beating me, talking about our sex life with other men etc. Will the court dismiss the decree of divorce seeing that both parties are guilty. I do not want divorce. I want reconciliation.
