Sir/ma'am,
I'm a BE graduate. Ours was a love com arranged marriage. Married in 2009. My husband is adopted from his present moms sister. He is very caring and loving husband until his parents involvement. His parents didn't want me to work and earn. They are behind my dads properties. I was told rather demanded to get my share of the property registered on my name on very third day after my marriage by his mother,I was literally shocked to here this from her and Never expected to hear something like that. Slowly it continued with the jewellery that my parents gave me with love stating that the jewelleries are in small size(I don't like heavy jewellery and bought smells ones)and tortured me and my parents mentally directly and from my husband as well. They even made my husband throw all the jewellery on my parents face. She even got me checked with doctor for not conceiving in 10days after my marriage once and in third month once,she even insisted my mom to get me checked one,totally thrice.
In 2011 when I was 9 months pregnant my husband dropped me at my parents home for delivery purpose. Till that day my husband never raised any topic on what my parents are gonna give to baby to be born. But a week after that they forced my husband to ask me for gold hip chain even before knowing the baby is going to be is a boy or girl(he told that is going to be prestige issue for his parents). His mom told me that she is not able to lift her head before her relatives coz my parents didn't present me any gold jewellay on my baby shower.FIL and MIL used to torture me by comparing with others DIL's on what they got from their parents house. I took care of them well when MIL and FIL under went cataract and bypass sugary respectively.
When ever we had a fight I used to tell his parents thinking that they will solve the issue but every time they told me that my husband will find another girl or he will marry another girl. Once Post delivery when he abused me physically in their assistance,I left to my parents home with my 5months old baby for 25days,but I returned back when I heard they are trying to spoil my husbands mind for divorce,but I was thrown out of their house by taking my baby from my hand and was a big panchayat held where they promised that will not repeat this.
Another time when i got my menses and so told them to get food from outside(as I'll not be able to do anything during that time) and went to take rest seeing my husbands smiling face...1 hr after that my husband came banging the door telling that who will do the rest of the work if I sleep like that and being married for 5 years he knew my situation very well and I asked the same and argument broke and he abused me verbally and physically where his parents didn't stop him from doing so,started reminding him things happened earlier and raised his ego. In that incident my orbit bone got fractured where I couldn't expose my eye to heat and light and doctors told me surgery is a must which was a major one. Even after that I stayed with him for 24 days pre surgery,in a hope that he will change some day and realise the fact. His parents didn't even call me and enquired on how I was feeling.But my weakness(love towards him)made them think that I can't do anything even if I die in their hands.i even requested him to come for Counseling but his dad decided on his behalf and shouted at me telling that my husband will not go with me for Counseling and I can leave the house,they even told that they will not get the surgery done,so told my parents who got my surgery done and took me home with them. Filed MLC from hospital and FIR with ipc sections 498a and DV(I even have voice recording of his mom asking my dad for property on her sons name)If I leave him for some time they will file for divorce,if I stay with him they will torture me more from him(their influence is too much between us,otherwise he is the best dad and beast husband),finding no other option filed FIR. We are not expecting any maintenance or compensation from him. Me and my 4yr old son want to live with him with the best counseling and reunite with him please suggest.

I need assistance in understanding kul kayda.
I have inherited land in Pune as kul. My grand parents and my family members names are recorded on 7/12 with pencil !!!? The owner had made my grad father kul until the sun and moon exist and died without an heir. For last 60 yrs a so called cousin has failed to prove his relation and that he is heir as there is no will. The land is now in municipal limits hence we couldn't become owner due to a fault of our lawyer who didn't request in past.
Query1. When there is no heir are we now the owner as the land is in our possession for last 60 yrs.
2 if not how to become owner
3. The land is currently used for agriculture can we change the use for building house or other commercial purpose if so how.
4. The other party has secretly and illegally managed to get a letter from a minister to add there name as owner on the land. The letter is with tehsildar. What should we do

My mother died in 1984 without any will for the house purchased by my father in her name. My father died in 1999 leaving behind registered will for his portion in the house in 1993. Now one of my four sister is claiming for her right in that property. The other three sister are in favour of me and opposing that sister who is widow age 82 years , because my father has given cash to all my sisters and also given business to their husband. So after 31 years of mother death and 16 years after father's death , does the sister had right to claim in mother's property.
According to which act can the case be urged for dismissal?
Please reply as soon as possible.

My father died 16 years ago .our house and a piece of land (plot) is owned by my father .now acoording to the law there are three leagal hiers i.e me, my mother and my grandmother .I want to know if my grandmother agrees to give her part of share to me or if she does not want anything from my father's property then what procedure should be followed so that i get full ownership of my father's property and i get the full possession to sale that property..?

My friend has taken money on credit
on intrest he paid all money and interst but that that person did not return his cheque and asking for more interst he has to paid
now he cheque deposited and ginving him notice and told putting case of 138. althogh he had no licence of shroff or any to giving money on intrest.

We had purchased a flat 17 years back and we were the 4th buyer. The problem is that at that time the broker didn't show us the third buyers agreement. In that the second buyers who sold the flat to the third buyer did not take the signature of the joint owner and just whitemaked it. But our documents are proper with all registration and stamp duty done. Please tell us what to do? Do we need to make any document as we want to sell this flat and the prospective buyers are saying that the papers are defective.

Q) is it compulsory to attend women cell if wife files false complaint.can husband refuse to attend if wife already file similar complaint in police station in same city and investigation is over and nothing is found true of the complaint.last query can women cell regisyer f.i.r in case husband refuse to attend women cell

Harassment and torturing
Hello, my problem is that its my second marriage and my husband first ..I had a daughter of 5 years during my second marriage.. Now I have 2 more kids with this marriage.. But still I m living with my parents..he called me to his house for 30 minutes and leave me at my parents home..when go alone to my husband place his brother and his wife gave me mentally torture ..and she harrased me that she will call her brothers ..my husband didn't say a word to make her quite..I m alone I need some suggestions.
