dear sir,
my client's husband has been shot dead on 27/10/2007,he was at the post of JE in jharkhand and I'm his 2nd wife our marriage is registered and his first wife has died before our marriage left behind her 2 major sons both are also engineer in a private firm.my husband had not been nominated me in his service book in his life time.there is no dispute between me and my step sons and i have decided our proportion in retirement benefits and death claims too but office of my husband made so called dispute and said to produce succession certificate and against it she has been filed a writ petition in hon;ble HC Jharkhand in 2009 please can she get retirement benefits without succession certificate

Respected sir
One of the my collegue having OBC-NCL ,But his father is doctor(MD-pediatrician).According to rule,son/daughtr of doctor can not get benefit of reservation quota..so
(1)How can i prooved he is falling
under creamy layer and not
eligible for reservation.. ???
(2)Does s/o or d/o BHMS doctor falls
under non-creamy layer ???? plz
plz reply ....its all about my post-
graduation admission...

Hi,
I have signed an agreement while joining the job. It is for 1 year but, due to some health issue I left the job after 1 month.
I have attached parts of the offer letter.
Kindly go through it and let me know what could happen in this issue.

I joined an MNC 4 months back,first 3 months was quite normal but by 4th month they started toturing me without any reason, they tries to mentally disturbing me due to that i got ill and had lots of complications,like i feel weakness my platelets got down, i mailed all the reports to my boss, but the behaviour is same. Kindly let me know that what shoul i do?

Sir,
I worked in a company in Hyderabad for a month ..since my health did not permit and also due to my family position, I came back to Chennai.. I had sent a formal e mail to my HR and manager that I am resigning due to ill health and cannot service the notice period or travel or stay there due to my health .. My manager called me today and told me that if I do not serve the notice period , they will take legal action against me .. I checked in the offer letter and this clause is there .. But my question is .. this process is a new one and by the time I get relieved, they would not even have the process in India !!!.. there is no use keeping me and training me as I would leave before the process goes live. Can I contest them if they file a legal case against me .. I can get a doctor certificate for my back spasm but it does not require hospitalization .. Please advice

498a has been filed against me.. I got the interim bail and mediation is now failed.. my date for main bail is 14th august. I am in need of references of such cases which will support my file for granting main bail in district court of u.p. plzz help me..

I've applied for passport but my file was closed due to different mother name on my birth certificate her name is Geeta Rani on all the doccuments but on B/C its Reena thats why the file was closed & passport executive told to get it corrected by the MCD office. But the MCD declined by saying they cannot change the name but they can add Geeta Rani with reena like "Reena Alias Geeta Rani". So I'm confused will it be valid name to apply again for passport.

Sectiion 229a applicable or not
hi Experts,
my wife and her family are chargesheeted in a forgery and cheating case and they got anticipatory bail from HIGH COURT. where the high court directed them to appear before the court in enquiry/appearance/trial without fail other wise the bail stands cancelled.
but they are not apprearing in the court and have not fulfilled the bail conditions also.
can i file complaint with the police u/s 229A.
