Handover from builder to association

Hi,

Can someone explain the handover process + documents that the builder has to provide/follow in setting up an apartment association.

I am from Bangalore so I wanted to understand which Act and legal documents/ checklist of documents and process to be followed for setting up the byelaws and others.

Form the society, if builder is not taking steps, get it registered and inform the builder to handover the required documents.
