i was get caught while bringing 10 bottels from pondicherry.they filed a FIR against me under
sec4(1)(a) TNP act. and i paid 500rs fine in the court. will it impact my passport and student visa (for usa )?
and do i need to mention in my visa application form as iam a convict?
but that section donot comes under crpc or ipc.

Dear Sir,
I have my aunts passport issued based on Voterid card which was incorrect and added affidavit shows she is illiterate 5 years ago. She has not traveled abroad yet.
Later on realized that the actual dob is on ration card and even on adhaar card is correct. she would like to visit her daughters abroad where they mentioned the dob based on ration card.
Which shows 5 years difference. they cannot call her due to wrong dob mentioned in their file while going abroad or US.
What is the solution please advise?

On the passport website it shows court order required.

Is it possible to make rent agreement for only 3 months on a stamp paper? If yes then stamp should be of what amount?

Sir, as per section 41 of cr.p.c police left the accused on notice for commission of offence under scheduled castes and the scheduled tribes act -1989 and the case is exclusively triable by special court.
after submission of charge-sheet the court of JMFC has summoned the accuse to appear before him to go on bail and to commit the case to the trial court.
Sir, here I want to know that can the JMFC grant bail to the accuse, though he has not previously on bail by the police or court which is triable by special court, Only he is on notice to bound by the police. And the accuse has the right to go on bail as he has summoned.

I ENGAGED AN ADVOCATE TO FILE A WRIT PETITION IN THE HIGH COURT. ON THE DAY OF HEARING THE ADVOCATE CAME UNPREPARED. THE ADVOCATE COULD NOT ARGUE THE MATTER AND REMAINED SILENT STRUGGLING TO FIND AN ANSWER AND ON THE CONTRARY WITHDREW THE CASE. I HAVE A STRONG CASE BUT THE ADVOCATE CAME UNPREPARED. CAN I FILE THE WRIT PETITION AGAIN THAT THE ADVOCATE WITHDREW THE CASE?

Respected Experts.....In my case of 125 I got relife of rs 6000 interim from the court by saying that my husband is earning 40K per month but court assumed that he must be earning 20K ( A rent agreement is with college where he is paying 5K rent for the shop is also submitted in the court to prove his income) and my husband gone for the revision with reason that his shop is in a college and a FIR for 498a is regisred against him and due to his shop is closed due to college officials has cancelled his contract...but i got the written proof fro college head that still he running his shop and due to this his petition is dimissed in session court. After that a written evidence is submitted in the court and now case is in the status of cross examination. Now I met to other advocate to take some advise on cross examination and he checked my file and told that a FIR copy and certificate of running shop from college is also need to be submitted again to prove that what so ever we have elegated police found it correct . Shop running certificate from college is need to be resubmitted along with Evidence.....he told that what so ever u have submitted that was only for interim and for final maintenance we need to re submit the above said documents to strong the case... in case of failure maintenace can be stopped...Now my query is ...is it true what so ever new advocate is telling and if yes than how we can correct the things in the court....now next hearing is on 18August for Cross examination....he was also saying that after cross examination we will not be allowed to submit the said documents... kindly help

My Grandfather died without writing any will,he was retiered govt.employee nd in his pension account he named me as a nominee my grandmother is alive nd she is not giving anything to us only one uncle nor anything on house made by my Grandfather.what rights I could ask for.

Dear Sir,
I applied for the post of "Research officer-Economics" (PSC recruitment),the required qualification of which is post graduation in Economics, claiming that I've qualification,higher than that,i.e, MBA Finance.
Now, they've issued me hall ticket for appearing in the written examination(1st stage of the selection process).
Please reply whether the PSC can reject my candidature at the stage of interview for the reason that I do not possess the required qualification of MA Economics.

In dv case we have reached to provide maintenence for my daughter who is 2 years old, case is going on for last 14 months my wife is more qualifed then me n ears equsly ot more than me monthly.
I request if anyone can guide how much maintenance amount may be imposed on me monthly.

Large cash deposit
Sir/Madam,
I live in bangalore am vacating the house which was on lease. the owner gave me a cash of around 5 lacs(lease amount).We have been staying in this house for around 8 years.
Now i want to deposit this cash in bank. Have i to mention this in my it returns as this is a cash accumulated for a long time.
