Dear Sir ,
I had a ancestor property on my fathers name .we are using the way from my uncles (Fathers brother) farm as his farm is on the road from last 25 Years .Now he is not allowing my father& my family members to enter through that way,as we have the only way to enter the farm .Earlier the whole land was on my grandfathers name . please suggest how to tackle the situation .

Respected Sir Recently i got gov job in gujarat highcourt as an assistant (junior clerk class 3 ) my joining date is 15/06/2015...and i also got 2nd job in agriculture department as a clerk.but still having some court matter i didint get order yet,now i want to join my court job back so can i join it back or not ? i had given resign on 27/06/2015. i got resignation conformation letter. so can i join my court job back is there any rules to join back it ???????? pls its urgent

I was married in 2006,after few years there was misunderstanding started b/w my husband and my parents.In 2013,my parents always blaming my husband and asked me,we do not have faith in you,for our security purpose give in writing that you will not take,ur share of property from us and i beloved my real gods on earth father and mother and said i will do what ever you said but you should take care such that my family should not broken for that,they said nothing will happen,if any complication comes we will tear out the paper.
Recently,my parents started behaving very differently and asked me to get separate out by my husband and they told me to stay
separatly with my son, get divorce,we will help you for any fianacial.
Then i realised something is going wrong and infromed my husband that i had been to sub-register office with my father and brother, 3 years back,when my husband enquired my father,he said we made release deed.he handed over xerox copy to me,that is the first time i read that,in that they wrote,i had given up my rights to my father and taken 10 laks,this was totally false and i realised i was cheted by real gods.
Dear experts,please guide me,how can i get justice.when i was alive they made me as deadbody.

The initial appointment is done after selecting the candidate by a nation wide announcement in news paper followed by personal interview.and I have been appointed in PB3 15600-37100 with 18750 basic and 6600 grade pay.
Also I have completed two years probationary period.

My relative was working in private company and in running job time she attended company training (Rs.8000) and sign bond for six month in case any person exit before than will paid 8000/-
Now due to medical emergency (high risk pregnancy ) she left job in 5 months. company not given experience later till she will not pay 8000/-
so any relief rule for medical ?????

Dear Sir,
I had filed an application u/s 156(3) against 5 persons. CJM considered the same and case filed u/s 302 of IPC. But police filed an FR and closed the case. Later, CJM also accepted the FR. Now I have applied to reconsider it in the DJ court . But now the opposite party filed an application before the DJ to make us(complainant) a party in this case also. Is there any judgement which clearly says that complainant can not be made party. Please share the same, if possible.

Correction of father/mother name in hsc & ssc marksheets
Respected experts,
I need Your advice what should be done if my my parent's name is incorrect in my mark sheets of 10th & 12th issued by CBSE.
i passed out in 2009..& due to the mistake made in name of my father's official documents, i wrongly made the same mistake which came in my knowledge after the prescribed duration for correction of docs by CBSE..
Correct name of my father is: JITENDRA SINGH
Mis-spelled name is : JITENDER SINGH
now my questions are :
1. what name should i carry in all my identities like, Voter Id, Driving licence, Aadhar card, Pan Card,Passport, Domicile etc.
2.Is it possible to get the name corrected in mark-sheets after such a long period, though i have applied last year for it and even received the response to submit the fee(which i did) & few docs, which my school furnished to them. i later received a response to submit the ogl. mark-sheets with registration card . i do not own that registration card so i forwarded a letter mentioning that but have not received a response yet.
3.Is there any way which can help me overcome this discrepancy in my docs & is legal too to avoid any issue arises because of this.
Please also specify which name should i carry if there's a way.
4. please also tell me , will it cause an issue if apply for a govt. job in future during verification of docs.
