What ar the cognisable offences under Cr CPC?
Can following be the cognisable offences/
1-Builder started redevelopement without permission from BMC
2-Builder did not obtain NOC from herritage committee of BMC before demolition
3-Builder submitted false documents /list of legal tenanats to BMC to obtain free sale FSI from BMC.
4-Builder redeveloped property in voilation of DC regulations of BMC.
5-Builder sold common space(lobbies,refuge area etc) in the society to buyers.
6-Builder filed fictitious case in City civil court against BMC&MHADA for issueing MRTP notices
and obtained stay order.
7- builder gave area less than agreed in Agreement.

Sir,
We have a ancestral property in my mother's name. My mother is willing to give property among themselves. I have two brothers both are married they are in first floor and second floor (not roofed, sheet based). I got married now i am staying in rented house. I am willing to construct third floor with all their approval. But my brother said no as of now. I am not having to occupy as of now. I asked my brother partition document in future construction of third floor. Now my mother is live. I am not believing my brothers in future. I need a partition document to construct a third floor.
How much partition document will cost? please advice

Sir,I,clerical staff of state bank of patiala,was appeared for the promotion test to officer (jmgs-1),whose result was declared on 11th April,2015 but promotion would be effected from 1st june 2015. As disciplinary proceeding was pending on 11th april, later a letter I got from hrd regarding my result in sealed cover.On 21st may penalty of CENSURE was imposed on me but promotion was effected from 1st june .So please guide me accordingly,whether I am eligible for promotion or not.

Can my wife get access all my business property details and bank a/c.... yes, she knows my PAN no.
maintenance and 498 A case is going on......
- If she get access all my bank details then????
- is there any way to protect my 'hard earned' money from wife's reach???
i don't want to divorce her.... from reliable sources i came to know that she is already married with a guy... i am trying to find out the proof....

My wife have filled false cases u/s 498A, 377, 506, 3/4 DA
will I get arrest relief from 377
how do I prove my innocence from 377
the case is under family mediation center
however my wife's family is adamant that they want to see me behind bars

Hello sir , I am writing this with lots of hope to get some
advice . Sir , I have done my btech in marine engineering
from International maritime academy , chennai in the year
2010 - 2014 . This college is approved DG shipping , India
and affiliated to KARNATAKA STATE UNIVERSITY . Even i
passed out with CDC privided by dg shipping . Now after I
got the job when I am trying to apply for my promotional
exam under mercantile marine department , i was denied .
They stated that UGC have recently revoked the approval
from KARNATAKA STATE UNIVERSITY . sir , but I had
passed in 2014 and then i was not aware of it. I am not
alone , there are more than 300 Batchmates of mine now
who are stranded . Even ugc is not clearing its stand on
passes out students . If they had to maje any public notice
they should hv written to all govt . Bodies abt passed out
students . My college is not responding properly now .
They have changed the university to stay in safe side . sir ,
please please advice us something . Our whole life is in
stake . I will eagerly waitng for reply

My Father died after leaving a Flat and there was no Nomination no Will made when he died.. As the Property is in thane near mumbai,, so now what is the procedure now to transfer of flat in my mother's name.
As i have 2 Sister and they are also ready to transfer the flat in my mother name and what is the court fee for transfer of flat

Help against 498a quashing
Respected Sir,
I have filed a 498A case Section are (498A/325/307/406) against my friend's brother in law and his family members. After two months of filling 498A case, I also filed 125Crpc and D.V.Act against them.
Now the case condition are police submitted the ''CHARGE SHEET'' against all of them and J.M passed a degree of INTEREIM MAINTENANCE Rupees 15,000/- per month to my client and D.V. act hearing till now not start. By aggrieving the order of Interim maintenance accused persons went to my Senior office and after some discussion my senior told me that you are fighting the victim case and Now I am the new lawyer of the accused person and if you move in this case then you will leave my assistant junior post.
Finally I leave his assistant junior lawyer post and independent ally handle my Friend‘s sister case. Two days ago my client received a 498A quashing notice of high court.
Sir , my friend 's sister are badly treated in her matrimonial house and in pregnancy condition of my client , his husband and in-laws badly assaulted her and also try to kill her but by the kind of GOD she saved by locality peoples .
My senior insulted me in fronts of all my friends and saying that I face a great problem regarding my carrier very soon and I am a young child and I will beaten by him in this case. Sir I respect my senior from bottom of my heart , and wining or beating nothing matter to me but I want to win the case for my client justice
Sir kindly suggests some steps to save my client and fighting the 498A quashing for the End of Justice.
Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please SUGEST SOME STEPS TO ME THAT I CAN FIGHT THE CASE.
Sir I am hopping a positive response to all of you, you all are most senior and most knowledgeable in that kind of matter. Please help.
