I would like to know if VAT is to be charged on free supply of goods in FMCG industry. ie. 2 units free on purchase of 10 units.Also if invoicing is to be done in a particular manner? Any problems that could arise during assessment?

Dear Sir,
I was working with a private university in Udaipur, I have worked there for 5Years & 10 months. According to the service rule of the university, I am entitled for gratuity and leave encashment.
I had submitted the application to the Registrar of the university for the same.
But after sending so many mails, they are not replying.
What I can do now, I would send them a legal notice, But I dont know how to send the legal notice, to whom I should contact.

I HAVE JOINED A INFO TECH. CO.ON 05.05.15....N I TOOK LEAVE WEF 29.05.15 FOR 4 DAYS WITH MUTUAL CONSENT....JST AFTER 3 DAYS CO. SENT EMAIL REGARDING TERMINATION OF SERVICE.....REASON MENTIONED WAS UN PROFESSIONALS BEHAVE AS LEAVE WAS TAKEN IN 1ST MONTH.........I HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH CONSULTANT THROUGH WHOME REF I WAS EMPLOYED AS WELL AS CO.....BUT NO RESULT COME OUT........AT PRESENT NEITHER CO. IS GIVING SATISFACTRY REASON FOR TERMINATION OF SERVICE NOR GIVING SALARY FOR 24 DAYS........AND NO REPLY OF E- MAIL SENT BY ME MANY TIMES.......HOWEVER IT IS MENTIONED IN APPOINTMENT LETTER THAT CO WILL PAY 1 MONTH SALARY IF TERMINATED BY CO IN 1ST MONTH DUE TO ANY REASON.WHAT TO DO?

The owner sell land with un registered 100rs stamp paper agreement in 2010 after that he wrote will same land to daughter with registration in 2014 now he is dead. Which is valid?
1. Note: in un registered document not mentioned any time bound, they mentioned in when we have money we will pay that time and we will registered the document.
2. un Till death land in owner’s occupancy only
3. daughter got pattadar passbook and also she have adangal and b1

Sir/Madam,
I am having a agriculture land and I want to run a business on it. Section 4 has been notified and this land will be acquired by Coal India Ltd., but this acquisition process will take around 10-12 years.
So I want to know that after sec 4 whether diversion or conversion of land is possible or not.

I m abhishek from delhi. i took a parsonal loan( 1.70 Lacks) for 4 years.. my 15-16 emi have bounced. my due date for emi is 7th of the month bt i pay on next first. almost after 23 days.. i just wanna know is there any problem for me from bank side or any other legal action against me? an one more thing i wanna know that can i took any other loan in future???

I had query, my neighbour has put cctv camera in his balcony and he can easily take footage of my whole house through his cctv 24 hours. Their is only 1 hand distance between his balcony and our balcony. Can i take any legal action? If yes under which law, act, sections and what is the whole procedure.

Mistake in the entry of caste
Dear sir, this is rajkumar s from bidar dist karnataka. My querry is i actually belongs to the TELI caste but in my school records it was mentioned as sajjanshetty which is our sirname & not a caste i studied 1std in a private school aftet kowing it was not approved from govt my parents took me to the another govt school and admitted to the second standard after receiving the permission in letter from the block education officer, In my 1standard tc its clearly mentioned my caste as TELI & Even in my admission form(2nd std) also caste collumn filled as teli only but school admission officer was close to my family and noted my caste as my sirname in 2 std and from then it has continued upto sslc. When i asked about the cortection in school the head master says i wont do that bcoz i was not who made this mistake so then i goesgoes too the block education office where they are saying you go and make corrections there only but school hm repeating same words.plz guide me how do i get my certificates corrected. Plz,,,
