Sir,
We have a ancestral property in my mother's name. My mother is willing to give property among themselves. I have two brothers both are married they are in first floor and second floor (not roofed, sheet based). I got married now i am staying in rented house. I am willing to construct third floor with all their approval. But my brother said no as of now. I am not having to occupy as of now. I asked my brother partition document in future construction of third floor. Now my mother is live. I am not believing my brothers in future. I need a partition document to construct a third floor.
How much partition document will cost? please advice

If it is ancestral property then how it is in your mother's (single) name?
Show all documents to a local lawyer before you proceed further and inquire about expenses. The lawyer may opine that it has acquired the status of self acquired.Confirm before you proceed further.
If your mother's is absolute owner then she can divide it without any one's permission or give it to anyone.

All related documents need to be referred. Consult local lawyer and show him all the documents.
