I am the sole proprietor of a firm.
Recently while filing of my assets in relation to a case in Civil Court regarding payment of Court fees, I did not mentioned my proprietary firm name in the Schedule of Movable and Immovable Properties whereas I have mentioned all my properties.
The opposite party has come to know this.
Can it be said that I have not mentioned some of my properties details in good faith?
Whereas only the proprietary firm's name was not disclosed?
Plz. Help.

My brother had filed a civil suit for seeking permanent injunction upon house property which is in our possession.
Since he had to go abroad for job, he made my mother as a Constituted Attorney (CA).
Thereafter he left for abroad.
My mother appointed a lawyer for the case.
The lawyer despite of taking huge advance sum in cash is asking for more money now and then.
We cannot afford his services anymore.
I have decided to fight my brother's case on my own.
For that please guide me how to get myself on record of the case, since my brother is the plaintiff, my mother is the Constituted Attorney.
I want to represent/advocate this case on my own.
How to do that?
Plz. guide.

Sir, I am a govt servant. I have done a third party house lease agreement with my father on a stamp paper of Rs. 100/- in the month of Oct, 2013 for the period of three years or till further transfer. But due to some or other reason I could not complete due formalties of lease with my employer/organization. The house lease agreement is very well available with me. Now, I am willing to apply for house lease from Oct. 2013. Is that house lease agreement done in Oct. 2013 still valid???? Will my employer consider that agreement valid today and reimburse me rent amount due from Oct. 2013?????? Please suggest me , whether I should go with that house lease agreement or not??????

She is not letting me see my child.I HV filed a legal custody case for seeing the child. Now she has filed false dv case against me claiming that I HV deserted her bcos of female child and claimed 2 cr total compensation. My salary is almost the same as my wife. Dear Sir,
From 2005 - 2015, I was an NRI holding Indian passport but residing abroad.
From 2015 I became foreign national then converted to OCI (overseas citizen of India)
My question is: I bought properties in India from 2005 - 2014, in my fathers name as I can't visit India every time for property registration. All the money transfer went from Indian resident account to my fathers account by INR transfer. Also we bought both agri and commercial lands. Now my father wants to transfer all the properties to me. But I understood only by inheritance I can acquire agri land after becoming OCI. Could you clarify what type of transfer my father need to execute to transfer the properties to me?
Thanks & Regards

we have a land in manargudi town ,thiruvarur district. we have document and encumbrance certificate for the land from the year 1953 to 2015 in my grand father's name .but now we come to know that TNHB has taken up our land on 1992 by some third party who did many fraudulence before .how could they take my grand father's land if he never sold to anyone of them.even in ec it shows the land is in my grandfather's name till this year.when we tried to enquire tnhb by RTI act, they informed that they got the land by a third party on 1992 and also they stated they had viewed encumbrance certificate for the land only from the year 1978 to 1991 for legal opinion about the land .they did not see ec for past thirty years from the year of they purchased it .it is suspicious one.it seems even tnhb advocate did favor for the third party to hide the truth. i request you all to help or advice me to deal it and get back our land.thanking you

Filling of a writ petition on rti cases.
I filed an RTI application in a department(under Govt. of Assam). Due to getting no response/reply from the concerned SPIO within the time limit specified under RTI Act, 2005, I filed the First Appeal application addressed to the FAA. But the FAA did not dispose off my appeal. Hence, I had filed the Second Appeal application addressed to the State Chief Information Commissioner, Assam State Information Commission. The State Chief Information Commissioner, Assam State Information Commission had conducted a hearing and given decision by passing an order to provide the requested information within a month. A couple of months gone, but till that the concerned SPIO & FAA are not found to be show their interest to provide my requested/sought information.
Now, may I file a Writ Petition in High Court against the SPIO & FAA with a view to obtain the information ? Please, suggest me.
