can someone help me on these. i was on international assignment for almost last 3 month and recently back to India(my base location) .during my onsite assignment my client offer me job opportunity at their location so as these is being good opportunity for me so i have accepted it and when i back to India i straight-way resigned from my current company.
Now my company offered me that at least stay with us and not ready to leave me as saying there was our policy u can't leave company till next 6 month otherwise u have to payback cost of investment and other allowances charges .
so i read my policy and that they clearly mentioned that 1.cost of investment(minimum charges on visas) and other allowances only. as per these-policy i have to pay only those amount for which company-made any investment for me but my company said to me pay all money including my daily allowances as well.i stayed over there for 80 days and i totally earned 3 lakh rupee & they given me estimation of rupee 4.13lakh plus 3 month notice period salary(basic+hr) so total i have to pay apx. equals to 4.40lakh .i don't know why they asking to pay all my UK salary .these is first time i hearing that employer asking salary back from employee . "i was there to represent my company i wasn't there for personal trip".and they said will not providing any experience letter until u will not make payment.
so as i don't have any option left for me to pay such big amount so i left company very unfortunately.after working honestly more than 3 year these is how they treated me at the end .i chased many times to my boss and manager but didn't received any positive from them.
after a week only i joined the client company and recently they got to know about me so they sent me the legal action notice email.
so I'm worried now what legal action means ? & what action they can take on me?
is there is any law that mentioned if we break any policy then have to pay all money including salary as well?.
i don't want to be jobless ,i have lots of dependency over me ,can someone please help me on these it will be really appreciated sir/madam.

"in case employee has travelled on onsite assignment,in the event of breach(both voluntary and involuntary resignation would be considered as breach)of employment by the employee in less than 6 month from the date of return to base location,company will entitled to recover the cost of investment. involuntary resignation would include the non performance ,fraud etc. The investment cost would minimum be the expenses incurred on visa and travel

We are having a land of 25 cents and a house in that which is in the name of my father.My father passed away and its been 15 years.As it is we haven't transfer the name of that land to anybody.
I am having one sibling.Its a brother.As my mother decided to change the ownership of that land to both children.
As per my understanding,we three have the privilege in that land as the land is owned by my father.
So need to know that
.is it possible to change the ownership to three members without partitioning the land?
.Or if we have changed the ownership to mine and my brother's name,how can i protect my mothers privilege in that land.Because i don't want to sale or anything happen to that land until my mom is alive.
.After changing the ownership to both children,is it legal and valid that we children declare an affidavit to my mom that we are not going to trade this land without her knowledge and acceptance until she is alive.
kindly let me know is there any other way to give surety to my mother for this purpose in legal?

I have booked property 3 months ago its ready position new flat and done agreement registered I have done yet the payment of one lack by check and put the file for loan but now builder sent me letter that I have to pay the bal amount in 15 days with the interest of 1 lack the bal amount is 23 lack now what I can do please help im not in the position to pay im helpless the bank is saying 1 more month and builder did not said anything about interest at the time of booking that if loan from bank takes time now suddenly I have got this letter is this is legal cause the property was ready position at the time of booking is there no law for the person who is going to take loan he will not get time for loan approvals please help

WE HAVE SOLD A AGRICULTURAL LAND IN COIMBATORE & REGISTERED THE SAME AT KERALA DURING 1995 & DURING 1997 TAMILNADU GOVERNMENT ACT RELEASED ON 29.03.2007 SAYS LAND REGISTERED OUTSIDE TAMILNADU TO BE NULL OR VOID.PATTA IN MY FATHER NAME ONLY. CAN WE ABLE TO SOLD THIS LAND.PLEASE ADVICE

Dear Sir,
My mother,then aged 78, went missing in Sept.98 and could not be traed after seven years. A compliant with the area P.S. was given and also a copy of which was given to MPS, Darya Ganj, Delhi. She could not be traed till today and after expirty of 7 years, concerned P.S. gave in writing that a person could not be traced.
We tried to obtain a court order on this issue but the Tis Hazari Courts did not issue any order after so many years, that there is a ruling in Indian Evidence Act, 1872, Section 108. Kindly advice if there is any judgment where exemption is granted to take an order from a court and settle issues with any entity.

I completed my B.E in computer and science and was selected from the campus drive of the college in one of the small scale IT company in ahmedabad, I paid 25,000 as a bond money, the bond period was for 1.5 years, and according to bond they had to give me training in different areas specified in the bond, but they did not gave me any kind of training, infact after the completion of my training period, they extended it for 3 more months, and gave me 2 options, either leave the firm or continue with the training period, saying that you are not giving any output, hence I terminated the bond and leaved my training, as per the bond they had to give me my bond amount but they are not giving back the money.Please give me some suggetions, what should I do next. This is not the case with me, 2 more girls have the same scenario.

A person breeks loan from bank & has nothing to pledge except personal guarantee. After his demise he has nothing to clear the loan as he has no assets. The children have not inherited anything but the court insists you have to clear the loan. Is it justifiable & if so how to defend this order. Please help

I have been convicted under 302 for life in trial court
I have also filed appeal in high court.....my query is can i file some new evidences for my defence in high court.....if yes then under which provision
Pls guide me in detail.........
I also want to mention here that my case was registered and trial was conducted under u/s 304B
but they sentenced me in muder......there was no direct or indirect evidence in my case.....judge has sentenced me on three ground:-
1) viscera report showing poison( organo phosphorus) in my wife blood sample
2) sec106 of evidence act
are these reasons are sufficient to frame me under murder......
3) police hasnt found any poison from my house or from scene of crime......
4) postmortem report suggest no symtom of such poison in body also no injury marks
