in which jurisdiction act i can file case in delhi
my old residence in ghaziabad and my wife live my separate house in ghaziabad for last 10 years

dear sir,
i had buy a four wheeler from X company through its dealer Y. Dealer Y is located at ANAND. and I am living in VIRPUR location, 100 km away from Y dealer.After one year of purchase the vehicle , i have found some rustle parts in the vehicle. i have reported to the dealer and company, but they are not replied satisfactory. I WANT TO FILE THE CRIMINAL CASE OF FRAUD AGAINST ABOVE MENTION "x" COMPANY AND "y" DEALER. MY QUESTION IS...
1} IN WHICH PLACE,I CAN REGISTERED A CRIMINAL COMPLAIN ??
2}IF I FILE THE CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY, WHICH NAME SHOULD MENTION IN COMPLAIN ?

Sir,
My sister received show cause notice from family court.Upon inquiry came to know that my brother-in-law has filled an IA in a matrimonial dispute case which was disposed in 2011.After that high court appeal of the case was also disposed in 2014.
Can u file an IA even after 4 years of dispose of the case.
Kindly suggest what should be done.What happens if she absents on the day of first appearance mentioned in show cause notice, as she has to go out of country.

Thanks for providing legal aid freely to all needy people.I came to know about this forum with one of my friends.
My wife left my home 5 years ago with my male child about 11 years now.I filled child custody case and got only visiting rights in family court.But in high court i got some part of vacations also along with visiting rights.Also high court while disposing case asked us take help of family court if any violation of the order.
Now since last six months my wife is not bringing my child for visiting rights. Kindly suggest whether i should file an IA under 151 cpc for enforcement or
should i file fresh EP in family court
Or should i go for contempt of court.

I have given my flat on leave and license at nashik FOR 11 months, CURRENTLY THE period HAS GOT over. For the renewal of the Leave and License Agreement, do I have to do the registration process again, if the tenant wants to extend his occupancy. if yes ?, then Can I take do the franking in Mumbai and register the agreement at Nashik. On What Stamp paper value should I type the Agreement.

Respected sirs,
My father and his only one younger brother were made partition on 1989 with unregistred partition deed.
after some time later my father younger brother is interfering the our share of properties.
so my father filed a civil suit in district munsif court and ask permenant injunction against his younger brother.
The district munsiff court awarded the permenant injunction that the younger brother and men were restrained by means of permenant injunction in possession and enjoyment of my father share of properties
the younger brother filed appeal in Sub-court there his appeal dismissed.
Now he has filed in High Court for Second appeal . the second appeal is pending.
In this stage, is it necessary to file counter affidavit in favour of our side.
Our Advocate told when the Second appeal copmming for trial then we can oraly argue in the court no need to file the counter.
but i like to file counter affidavit in favour of us. because we have some supportive judgments and points are there.
so kindly guide me which one is good .
1) filing counter affidavit is good for us ?
2) is it possible to file counter affidavit when the case is pending or other wise we have to submit only on the time of trial?

Sir my wife has put wrong allegations on me and my whole family of taking dawry and mentally harrasing her, in the women cell and taken her whole stuffs and went to her fathers home. Now she is not coming for mediation in women cell. I got the copy of the complain filed by her through Rti. What shall I do now?
