Execution of maintenance order

Dear experts

District court ordered im favor of me in granting divorce. Also it orderd for maintenance as i was ready to maintain my children. Court refused to grant maintenance for my wife citing that her conduct resulted in divorce. Now my question is how i have to pay the maintenance . Is there a specific procedures need to be done for execution of maintenance order.

Either pay directly in account or deposit in court as per order of court

It appears there is no specific directions as to how the maintenance to be paid. You may adopt any mode which is convenient provided you get a receipt/acknowledgment for the same.

If the amount is not substantial, the best option is money order.

If U R not interested in giving the maintenance amount of the children to UR wife, U can open a bank account in their name and directly pay in the account.

You can pay by cheque / draft / money order and ask to send you receipt.

Yes there is no specific instruction how to pay the maintenance. I heared from my advocate that my wife has to file a petition before i could pay the maintenance. Please advise. Thanks
