Validity of mediation agreement

My mediation with my estranged wife is going on at Supreme Court Mediation Centre in 498a, DV, 125 cases. She is insisting on coming back but I doubt her intentions as simultaneously she is deposing against me in trial courts and may use this as an opportunity to file fresh cases. By coming back for few days, she will also negate the desertion period of divorce. Now, the mediator has suggested an agreement that we live together for a trial period of three months during which no party can file cases against each other and if things remain bad, then either party will be free to take a divorce and other party will not oppose. Will such an agreement legally valid and will Supreme Court accept it?

Signed in blank paper

Dear Experts,

Two weeks back govt surveyor came to survey my property once survey is over he got my signature and my mother thumb impression on few blank papers as a proof of survey. I'm not sure whether these papers are just blank papers or stamp papers or non judicial stamp paper or any other valid empty document, since head part of these document is covered with other documents. we both signed on these documents. Now i realized that he may misuse my documents illegally. Is it possible to misuse at any cost?Is it possible for some one to hold grip on property or finance by just holding this unregisterd blank papers? If so what you want me take next action for a precaution to declare them null and void? Thanks in advance

Whether stamp duty cost cab included in cost of purchase of property for capital gain calculation

I have sold an open plot in Maharashtra for 167 laks and purchased a flat in Bangalore for total cost of 110 lacs which include stamp duty of 5.5 lacs, Registration fee of Rs.1 lac and permanent wood work cost of Rs.4.6 lacs.

Now the ITO says he will disallow the stamp duty, Regtn fee and wood work and will add back to Capital Gain and he will rework CGT which should be paid by me. This works out approximately additional 2.22 lacs which I feel is huge and I think ITO has erred in dis allowing these three items.

Please guide me and quote me IT Act or Law sections so that I can put up my representation.

Thanks in advance.

Notice period

Dear sirs,
My daughter was working for Sriram Value Services joined on probation for one year. But after working for two months, She has d resigned properly and got NOC from all the department. But the company is demanding 1 month notice or salary in lieu of notice.

As per their service rules,"During the probationary period the services ae liable to be dispensed with at any time at the sole discretion of the company witthout any notice or compensation or any reaon"

I beleave the same is applicable to employee. Please advice Can I take any legal action against this company for harrasing the employee.
