Property bough from co-operative society

A Co-Operative Society registered under West Bengal Co-Operative Society Act, has sell the plots of land through the lottery among its members. A member has bought a plot of land this way. He has mutated the same in his name in the local municipal corporation books.He has got sanctioned a building plan through the same municipal corporation.
My question is (1)can this person sell the flats constructed there at that plot of land to the multiple peoples.
(2) will that sell be legal
(3) can the flat purchasers will mutate the flats in their name with local municipal corporation

Please suggest.

About 11th class

Sir I did my 10th class and 11th from same school after 11th I left the school and took admission in another school outside my city with a contract with school that they will mark attendance and same time I went Delhi for medical exam prep . I complete my 12th and now I completed my MBBS too .
But now when I was getting my degree of MBBS came to know that later school from where I did my 12th shows in record that I also 11th from their school .
This thing give me panic . its been around 8 years of 11th .
What should I do should I hide this fact that I did my 11th from my previous school . as later one didn't ask tc for admission . kindly give me suggestion what to do .
At that I was minor didn't aware about consequence .

sale deed

On 2007 Agreement for sale was made in 5k stamp paper and draft of 40k was paid by me on maket value rs 668100 ad stamp duty with consideration value of 1lakh and balance amount before possesion as term and condition.then i paid full dues to the promoter due to some problem i was unable to make sale deed anf registration.now i want to make conveyance deed and register.landlords are ready to sign but the promoters telling the firm dissolves and they cannot sign.plz suggest

Vacating a tenant

Dear
I a resident in Surat,Gujarat
I had given my flat in Surat to a family 5 months back
Unfortunately,I had given the keys before the agreement was made as I was out of station
They have paid only 15 thousand as a deposit and failed to pay monthly rent of 5000 since the begining
When I tried to evict them verbally they are not ready to vacate and make sign the agreement as well
Please guide me how to go ahead as I am stuck up??

Special marriage act 1954

Respected and learned advocates, my marriage was solemnized in the year 2013 under Special Marriage Act, 1954. The Marriage before, my wife had published an advertisement asking for a groom, in a leading Bengali Newspaper in West Bengal. I responded, telephoned her relatives, talked to them and after several negotiations the marriage was materialized. After that, the relatives of the bride first gave notice on 9th November, 2013 and the marriage was followed by Registration of Marriage on 13th December, 2013 with help of a Marriage officer, under Special Marriage Act, 1954, then the rituals of marriage were held. My query is whether my marriage was justified or not under Special Marriage Act. I am Bengalee and my wife is also Bengalee. Both of us are Hindus too. So far as I know only Special Marriage Act is applicable to different religions. Special Marriage is applicable to me? Pls. advise me.

Complain against judge for false order

Family court orders interim maintenance 30000 per month without checking any petition properly.
In the order it is written the wife has no independent source of income . however, the wife has written she is working in company earning 60000 but this is not considered in order also she has hided the her own flat and demanded the house rent in the petition.

I have filled it in higher court but it has almost 2 years not yet finalized the interim order. One of lawyer told me to file pre-jury in family court about the own flat hidden. i hired a lawyer but he told me once the high court order is finalized then only you can file pre-jury in family court against the maintenance.

let me know what is correct procedure of pre-jury and how helpful is the filing against family court judge and how to file it against judge.

Also please suggest some good mumbai HC lawyer . I am not sound financially could not afford heavy fees lawyer as i am paying half of my salary in interim maintenance.

Disturbance by neighbours construction

My neighbour is building a multi storied building in the plot right next to my bungalow. They start the construction in the morning at 7 am and continue till 12 in midnight. I want to know - 1. What is the legal time in which construction activity is allowed ? 2. What should be my course of action. Should I go to courts police station or what. I have repeatedly requested them that I have a 5 month daughter also who cannot sleep but no Co operation. Please help !!

Name minor mistake

Hi All,

My dad Venkatanarayanan has a property which was registered in 1994 but in document his name was specified as Venkatanarayanaswamy but his dad name s mentioned correctly. Wat can we do to get it rectified. Can we go for rectification deed. Will this require seller. My dad has patta with his photo and property tax are duely paid then and there and have originals in place. Kindly guide us to get it corrected.. wat and sll docs required for the sae if so.

Sir, My Daughter-in-law has filed a false case against me and wife and son U/S 498A and 406 on 4-5-2015. my son is presently working on deputation in U.K from TCS chennai( before filing case before police) left in the month of 2/2015. I have attended five times before police after filing complaint before police. My daughter in Law's parents have demanded 10.5 lakh for Mutual Divorce consent fabricated a MOu by force and obtained signatures fradulently on MoU and black mailing,cheating,misleading facts before police,I have written 4 leters to my daughter in law and their parents.they have acknowledged two and two returned, not claimed I brought to her notice above MoU and others .They have involved and cheated while drafting MOU, but I have not paid any amount till date.We are govt employees and edge of retirement. The locker key held my daughter in law and my son is lost. There are jewellery and gold items and documents of daughter in law and my son.The issue is pending before for break open the locke by the Manager , settle the 498 a and 406 accordingly notice sent to bank and daugher in law . I decided not to cooperate with bank authority and daughter in law in breake open the locker. Now Police has asked to attend for investigation within three days with ID and passport size photos. every letter addressed to my daughter-in-law,a copy was marked and submitted to the concerned police, and bank manager also. My wife attended before police on 6-9-2015 and myself on 7-9-2015 and both furnished under taking before police. the police has filed FIR on 24-09-2015. The police is going to investigate the above case after they may file chargesheet. Kidly do need full in this mental agony issue-vishnu Murthy
