Can jurisdiction of DVA case be changed from wife's native place to either husbands native place or other places on following points.
1.wife and in-laws threatening husband and his family to face serious consequences when they come for case at their place.
2. video recording of mother -in-law clearly showing her in attempt to hit son inlaw

What does CARRY FORWARD means in current position of case while tracking case status online? My father filed a case against Bihar govt in 2007 but now it showing pending for listing for more than years after few hearings. Is there any way to process hearing fastly?

Dear Expert,
first of all sorry to post this as anonymous but since my case is going on i thought its better to do it that way.
I am involved in one case with few other people. its going on since almost two years and there have been ard 5 hearings. few in megistrate and few in session. i have been present in all hearing so far. although trial has not started yet acutally its been all dates so far. i have consulted a lawyer but not hired any lawyer so far. last time judge has asked me to hir a lawyer whereas other people have hired laywer but not collected chargesheeet and i have collected chargesheet.
now my lawyer is not available for this hearing due to ganapati and my health is not well..so is it fine if me or my lawyer can not attend this hearing as i have been regular in past and shall be regular in future also.
can this put me any sort of trouble?
What do you expert suggest?

Is a mutilated/punched stamp paper for filling,without obiliterating or destroying the content and security features of the stamp, declared void and thereby the paper is wasted?
