Government has allotted plot at Jawaharnagar village of Shameerpet Mondal to my Grand Father who is a Freedom Fighter. My Grand Father has given some one for enquiring about this plot and he is kept his side for long time. We found and got this GOVT memo issued document from him. This MEMO is issued in 1999.
Please find below my queries:
1. How I will get the details about plot details. In this MEMO, it’s not mentioned any survey number and plot details.
2. Where we can get the copies of those allotment clear details like Survey number, plot other details etc.
Kindly respond to my queries and help us to retain our plot.

Dear sirs,
The singareni collieries company limited conducted written exam for MT(Mining) under the Emp.notification 01/2015 on 3-05-15,the internal candidates I,e persons working as Diploma foreman in the company put a case in high court of hyderabad on the company demanding 25% of vacancies allotted to them
Internal candidates ,some persons are persue btech (regular)in university colleges & some from private colleges while in service of the company (it was illegal )
But as per notification total vacancies for external candidates only
With this, company is temporarly stop the recruitment process almost 4 months
What we do as a external candiates can we put a case against the company

Can a natural guardian file and maintain a complaint under section 138 of N.I. Act on behalf of his/her minor son or daughter, if the cheque was issued in the name of minor and susequently dishonored.

i met an an accident in 2013 when i was driving(Having Valid DL) my car, i was taking left turn from ITO but during the time all of sudden a biker riding by a man sitting along with a lady hit my car from back due to he may be not aware of that turn, lady was seriously injured i took both of them i give them first treatment and settle them in hospital but Police has registered FIR and charge with Section 279/ 337....
now after 2 year my case got open and MACT trails begun and it was settled in Tis Hazari court by the Insurance company. but Criminal trail yet to begin, because Charge sheet is not filed by Police..
In the mean time i have applied for Passport my lawyer told me that as Chargesheet is not filed no one(Judge) will give you NOC Letter for Passport ..
My Question is.
1. What option do i have to make the passport?
2. Should i wait till the chargesheet got filed or approach to the Police station to file chargesheet as my lawyer told me that as much as the case is older , settlement is easy and it is in your favour??
I need your expert guidance in this matter.

I need a clarification with regard to issual of form F for a branch transfer of my client who has invoiced on 27/04/2015 FY 2014-15 form his Delhi office and the said goods were received on 04/04/2015 FY 2015-16 at the branch .Kindly clarify whether the form F is to be issued based on the date of invoice or the date of receipt at the branch in Bangalore .regards Ranjan

Can MC have rights to create parking in front ground floor flat hall window? please advise on below points what should I do
1) They have puts shades for parking because of that less sunlight is passed in Hall.
2) After opening window we see lots of bike parked.
3) When they park or remove bike from parking acceleration smoke come directly in our house.
4) We open windows after 11 am till all bikes are gone and then we get fresh air and sun light.
5) Because of bike parking no cleaning work is done and if we complained about the dirtiness MC comes to fight with us.
6) Other society members won’t support us because internal politics.

My younger brother sold immovable property to others on 13/10/2010 which is situate at Karnataka state but that the schedule property originally belongs to my grand father i have a legitimate shares therefore i have filed my objection before sub registered office,On 12/10/2010 but the said office returned my objection with endorsement after that i have filed my objections before the Tahasildar, and Secretary of Gramapanchayat in different date in the year 2012 december but no reply has been received from the secretary till today 21/09/2015 what to do and other point is what about limitation for cancellation of sale deed is it i crossed any limitation point have any remedy to file for cancellation of sale deed what is indian law relating to this please advise sirs

My younger brother sold immovable property to others on 13/10/2010 which is situate at Karnataka state but that the schedule property originally belongs to my grand father i have a legitimate shares therefore i have filed my objection before sub registered office,On 12/10/2010 but the said office returned my objection with endorsement after that i have filed my objections before the Tahasildar, and Secretary of Gramapanchayat in different date in the year 2011- 2012 december but no reply has been received from the secretary till today 21/09/2015 what to do and other point is what about limitation for cancellation of sale deed is it i crossed any limitation point have any remedy to file for cancellation of sale deed what is indian law relating to this please advise sirs

Handling case in bombay high court bench
Respected Lawyers,
I have a very weird query. My mother is party in a Partition Suit in Aurangabad High Court. The case is pending since long don't know why the dates keep stretching and adjournments happen again and again. Spoke to our lawyer he kept saying "we know the law not you" . Now whenever I go to meet him he demands big money saying its on final stage and you will get big money...
Is there any possibilities that I myself and who can speak and understand normal English ; present the facts in front of honorable court and move towards the justice/decision? or it has to be another lawyer only?
