Can jurisdiction of DVA case be changed from wife's native place to either husbands native place or other places on following points.

1.wife and in-laws threatening husband and his family to face serious consequences when they come for case at their place.

2. video recording of mother -in-law clearly showing her in attempt to hit son inlaw
